Promotion Campaign not able for viewing.

When requested to send receipt via email, the mail received was in spam folder. Kindly check on this. Receipt is a serious matter especially when dealing with great amount of money

I unable to receive the receipt and tax invoice in my mailbox after click the button send to my email

I bought a tv paid $4000 cash. No receipts issued. Sales person said you can view it in the app. But cant log in on the spot. network busy. Login app 2 day later see nothing. Call customer service. They said you see it only after they deliver. 5 day after delivery, i can see tax invoice,nothing in official receipts. Call customer service again. They said you have tax invoice is enough. I said tax invoice is "i owe you". Official receipt is "i paid u". I did not get my official receipts. Finally, their customer service said "base on their way of delivery , they deliver only after payment is made. That mean if they delivered mean you have paid." I ask again "can see from your system did i paid for it ?" They reply "as i said you should have paid if goods is delivered".... i am wordless.

So hate it y cant get receipt after bought thing by cash.

Good to use

The feature is good but still can be improve. Slow for image to load cause the image are still in big file size maybe. I dont think you guys need to use big file size such as 1MB or above since you guys dont have feature for user to enlarge the image of an item. I have several suggestions but i am too lazy to write it here. But still, we know the objectives or purpose of this app existence and it is good.

Useless. Purchased history not updated. Quick Chat is super quick; until I don't have opportunity to read the respond and the window closes itself and ask for feedback. Somemore no chat history and status. Cannot retrieve chat history.

It really good apps because i can check when my membercard expired,what ez credit i have.I can search what the product i want and the best thing less paper..

I cant view product, it at left side and I cannot scroll over, the jpeg also not fit to screen, loading slow and many many. Please test your app first before annouce, not to let us free to test your app. Job that haven't finish yet please dont tell other ppl that you are finish.

Poor design...take too long to load...look like desktop design in website...senheng should learn how to make better application like lazada...learn from lazada please..lazada good design and concept....

I Dwnload this app thinking can see more promo unfortunately CANT SEE ANY AT ALL! There is also no option to register as member but app kept asking for login. Seemed like no techie working to update this app. Lousy. Dont waste yr time or disk space.

Confusing af. Please be frank next time. If you wanna give vouchers etc etc then just send it to our emails or post it to our current address as per your records.

Vouchers you send for your members are for specific items only and of cause, price has been jacked up in advance. I find them useless, therefore, most of the time I receive letters from Senheng, I just throw them away. If you wanna be sincere, do it properly.
