App has too many bugs, keeps logging me out so I don't have time to actually look on it. Hope it gets better, but initially, straight trash.

I rated this app 1 a while ago I'm only doing 3 because I still have doubts. It seems to be working a lot better then the older app. So try and see

Can't even access my deals! Keeps telling me to sign in. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Will be uninstalling until problems are fixed. 6 months later tried again. still can't access. Sign in loop.......

Can't even get to my certificates!!! I log in, see the page with the link to the certificates for a second after logging in, then get prompted to log on AGAIN when i try to access the certificates. This happens over & over.

I can not access my account anymore... I get stuck in a sign-in loop! I would like to access my certificates through the app like I have in the past. When problem is fixed... I will give more stars and a better review.

It might save you money, if you could access your coupons in a timely manner. I've ended up saying the heck with this app while in line multiple times. How about making it so you stay logged in and only have to enter your password when purchasing? Make the coupons available offline.

Had this app for 2 years and now since being redesigned it is totally worthless! It gives you a map with target points that are overlapping and makes it impossible to view the offers. It also freezes constantly. This app was much better when you were able to view all listings at one time no matter what area they were in. Why mess with a good thing?? You all just ruined your app!! Uninstalling it today!

How can the creators ever let this pass. All i did for 10 minutes was login. Everything i hit just glitched back to login. Its sad i used to love my double take offers. Oh well I'm uninstalling now. This is my first 1 star review I've ever given

Inefficient and slow. It's simply a website, not an app. The website server is extremely slow. Since changing from DoubleTake this site rarely sends relevant offers that I had added to favorites. I miss DoubleTake. The offers are good here but it's aggravating to use.

Login loop issue has made this app unusable for six months. Just got a new phone and thought I would try again... still a pos.

I called in because the merchant would not accept the certificate because localflavor has been collecting on certificates and not paying the merchant. I called customer service and explained the situation and they said they will explain the law to the merchant. . Really?? If they disagree what is the customer supposed to do? Sue the merchant for $15? You gotta be kidding me! If I have this problem with groupon, I would get an instant credit for the amount. They don't back their customers, stay away!

Cannot get certificates once purchased just keeps looping me back to sign in!! Also, menu button is in same place as screen shot swipe, making it difficult to access.

The earlier version of Local Deals worked well. This app will allow me to buy deals. However, when I go to view my deals, I run into an infinite sign-in loop. This is really frustrating. We have two Samsung S4. This issue is only on one of the phones and reinstalling the app does not resolve the problem.

This is the first single star rating I have ever given. The title says it all.This cell software is a huge disappointment for a wonderful service. Once signed in there is no access to purchased certificates. A user finds ones self in a continuous loop with no access. This deficiency continues after multiple iterations. This same issue does NOT exist in the computer software. Truly disappointing!

"logout" is the first option in the menu so when you try to access your account/certificates via the menu...you know, at a place of business, you automatically get logged out and trapped atn a login-logout loop. Aside from this, the app is slow and crashes regularly

I loved the deals too but I can't get in now to use them. I even tried deleting app and re-entering app. I still have sign in loop.

When the app is fixed. Let me know. I might consider using it again. Horrible. New users....don't attempt is. Groupon app runs a heck of a lot better. This feedback is deserved. If it was a good app. I'd take the time to say something nice. But it's not.

I had the double deal offers app first and that worked fine. This one does not work. I cannot get my certificate to redeem bc I login and it keeps going back to login screen. This needs to be fixed!!!

I have downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded. Someone needs to get their act together.... Double Take App was PERFECT...they should have never changed it!

Just like others I get stuck in a sign in loop as well. Can't even access coupons I've paid for. This app is a complete joke and money scam. Takes your money yet doesn't allow you to utilize your purchases. FIX THIS ASAP or I want my money back!

Sucks on multiple levels. Deals listed in their clipper magazine are not available in the app. When you get to the app the deals are very different and not nearly as good. On another level the app bombs on a regular basis and locks up the phone. "Customer Service" consist of an answering service that can put you into their voicemail or give you their email address. Altogether pretty crappy.

I am able to log in, purchase deals and view them. However the layout if this app is very poor. The deals that have expired are mixed in with current deals making it difficult to navigate.

The app does what it says, though it's slow to respond and to see coupons you need an account.
