About Clip Radio
With the latest version of Clip Radio, you can feed your appetite for the best that radio has to offer. Just download Clip Radio and launch the app. Then browse a list of stations near you, or “Clip” to detect a station you’re already listening to. Be sure to set your favorites for easy access to your most listened to stations.
Select any station from your Clip Radio station list and get a live feed of what’s playing, and everything else that’s played over the past hour. You can tap an item in the feed for details. Then, interact with great features like:
Rate music you like
Discover new music
Get special offers
Enter contests
And more.
Return to the Clip Radio station list and choose another station to see what’s playing. You decide which station to listen to, and which stations to browse.

the customer service and communication with their users is impeccable. The app is totally functional but still a work in progress. Bravo! You can listen to radio stations not listed, for example: You're in the car listening to a song or talk radio topic you don't want to miss just use the "detect a station" function and clip radio will pick up the station so you can leave your car as you go into the grocery store or something.

The new version is amazing! I can see what's playing on all my favorite stations at one time and stream lots of stations from within this one app. I like being able to see the songs that played previously and after I get to work enter the contests I heard about while driving in. Found a new singer I like too that it recommended based on one I was listening to.

I just love the clip it app! It enters you in to contests, give you free music, as well as allows you to share free downloads free music with your friends!

The early version was a bit finicky, but it's getting better and better - now if it can't figure out the station because there's too much noise, it lets me choose the station, so I can still get the songs and contests. I like apps that keep improving and aren't abandoned by the developers. They also have the Clip It button embedded in a couple of station apps that I use (KINK and Live 95.5) and just did something that makes clipping via those station apps way faster. Hoping that they'll figure out a way to put something similar into this main Clip app.

A bit cumbersome to create an account from the phone and hook up ut to your Dropbox account, etc. (wish there was a web app to do all that from a computer), but once it's set up, seems to be a good way to get free music.

Droid Razr running rooted stock ICS - killed my battery. Without USING the app, just having itself run in the background, used 40ish% of my battery in six hours! Come on, I already have crappy enough battery life to start with!!!
