Fitness Assessments for Android
From what I gather the calc adds ~530 cals to actual BMR for TDEE, cool. However daily caloric needs is wonky based on a 5'3 female I assessed. 2300-4500cals... i think the range can be adjusted for individuals as such: BMR - 400 cals (fat loss range) and BMR + 1000 cals (bulking and mass) so 1929 - 400 = 1529cals 1929 + 1000cals = 2929 cals/day. That would be much more accurate and allow for individual deviation as needed. :)
Useless it only calculates BMI and BMR. It was completely disappointing. It doesn't do half of what it said.
Would love to see the ability to add ones own assessments and the likely Overactive and Underactive tissues . So I can say for example, add the upper extremity shoulder abduction test and manually input the possible variables, such as reduced flexibility and manually enter, from my Nasm ces text, the potential over and Underactive tissues.
I was really excited to see this app because it uses a lot of info from NASM, but was disappointed with the lack of kinematic assessments. I use a lot more than the overhead squat assess. when evaluating clients. I was hoping for one app to track all client data. Please add more of NASM's assess (pushing, pulling assess and the push up, Davies, and shark skills tests) and I'll gladly give this app 5 stars!
This is a great app! Graphs, great back-up options, and provides assessment results like BMI, Basic Metabolic Rate, Rockport Test for VO2max, YMCA step test and more! Highly recommend for all CPTs.
I love this app, i just bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and i wish i could use this app on the tablet :(
A comprehensive list of assessments and I really like the suggested corrective movements in the kinematics.
