I cannot log into the app, because it will not send me a reset email message no matter how many times I try.

Update: The support staff was very helpful in getting me the information I needed for my below concern. Someone reached out to me personally when I was not getting a response. I really appreciate that. I look forward to upcoming updates that will help me track how my account is doing a lot better. My review will continue to improve as the app improves. Original Post: The only issue I really have is that my investment profits are consistently negative, and negative number keeps getting bigger. I have yet to see a positive profit from my investments. Also, there is nowhere to see the performance of the investments. It's a difficult app to understand. I asked support about it, and never got an answer.

I have been trying for months to get my money out of this account and it never gets withdrawn. I have messaged a couple times but there are never any reps on to message you back. I think this app is fraud. Don't use would not recommend to anyone

UPDATE 2: The developer has now replied to my comment calling me a liar and that I am reporting incorrect facts. Here are the facts - I have an email from 1:34am on 8/30 saying "Electronic Trade Confirmation Notification" and a cleared bank transaction on 8/29. My withdrawals have consistently posted (as I scheduled originally) on Mondays for the entire time I have used Clink, so why would anything go through on SUNDAY 8/27? Additionally, the first communication I received in response to my request to close my account was in your original reply at 4:42am early this morning (8/30). If you would like to communicate with me directly instead of being petty in review comments, you know how to get in touch. It's poor customer service and just downright shady to mislead other people in the way that you have in your review replies to me. AVOID THIS APP!!!! *UPDATE:*Even after a reply by the Clink team saying they are closing my account, etc, funds are still being withdrawn from my account. Not surprised. PLEASE just close my account and withdraw all my money so I can finally be done with you!! *Original Post* Maybe writing a negative review will actually get someone to finally respond to me. For literally WEEKS (not an exaggeration) I have been unable to sign into this app on my phone. The only time someone has replied to my support requests was to tell me that there was no way to login via a computer. I want to cancel my account and get all of my money withdrawn. This app is terrible, there are hardly any options in the actual app itself when you can login. I thought the concept was cool but I have had nothing but trouble so far. Here's to hoping someone FINALLY responds to me.

It's very buggy. I tried to link a bank and make a deposit, but it kept clearing out my info. It lacks some controls you might expect in a financial app like this. I want to know if I make a deposit that it is pending so I don't accidentally make another deposit while the other is clearing.

************** DO NOT GET THIS APP! #1 you will be blamed for their app errors. #2 they delete your account and expect you to 're signup .. I have signed up twice they expect me to do it again because they are the ones missing parts in their own registration. But I was blamed for not filling it out the right way...when I did. How else would we have gotten an account?! None of their excuses makes any sense. They claim its for a third party for our information, yet their app doesn't pro idea the fields needed for an approval. Don't ever blame the customer. Take accountability and fix it. I was ready to share this app and I did already and they deleted my account when I asked why haven't I been approved, then said for me.to do it again. Same issue , wasn't approved..do it again...not this time. Sorry.

I need to cancel my account and there was no option to cancel. I did not intend to push through with a savings account. Please help me cancel it. You guys cant be reached through the app.

DO NOT trust these people... they never close your account for real, then they start withdrawing money from your bank accounts without authorization... and then make up stories and excuses like: "oh you set up a pause" when you never did.. They play games, these are not serious people, not serious app.. STASH OR ACORN are much better options

Love that I can make 5.00 deposits here and there, watching my dollars grow over the past year. Plan on investing more in 2018 as I continue to learn about investing. Thanks for making it easy!

Great savings tool. Uses aggressive investment portfolio. I had set up problem, but they professionally and quickly fixed the glitch.

The app crashes on opening. Where's my money? Before it crashed it said I have 0 in my account when I know there's 80 dollars in my account. Where's my money?

The Clink app is difficult to setup. The interface is not user friendly. And scheduled a deposit before I even completed the setup. Additionally, the reviews for this app make me think it is a scam because there are multiple with the same text from different names. I am currently trying to cancel my account.

This app is awesome and works like a Swiss watch. I had to update the review to let people know this was the best move I have made.

This app is pretty much a scam, you are better off investing in a high yield saving accounts. I tried it for 2 month and and I lost money. Better off with acorn or stash.

This app took out $10 without my consent. I have it set up to take out $10 at a particular day a month to put into savings, however it took this money out on the wrong day and did not put it in my savings so I don't know what this was for. The only way to contact them is through their email because the chat feature never seems to work. I have not heard back from them regarding this payment is the fact that I can not turn off the automatic withdrawal feature, you can only pause it. All I want at this point is to be able to withdrawal all the money I have saved through them, get the $10 they took out without my consent, and turnoff the automatic withdrawal but this app makes it nearly impossible. Do not trust this app! ***Update*** This app still has all my money I put into savings, I have been emailing them about it and have been told twice it would post to my account that day and twice that has not happened. The last email even said the money would post to my account that afternoon at 1 pm, again nothing. I'm getting really sick of the lies and I just want MY money back in my account. I suggest never using this app because they will take your money and you will never see it again.

I never made one penny off of this but it took $30 from me.

I tried to cancel and was never sent my money. I was told that I couldn't close my account until my balance reached zero. It wouldn't let me withdraw all my money at one time. I made a withdrawal request and was told it took 5 to 10 business days. Today I checked the app, only to find out that Not only was all my money gone... Now my account is apparently in the negative because of some investing plan that I knew nothing about. These people should be investigated this is a total scam.

Too scared to try this app based on the reviews, I can't afford to have money w/d from my bank account w/o my approval. It's such a shame that there are scams left and right, my phone rings daily with bogus inquiries.. Thank you to those who take the time to share their "real" experience with Clink.

I have been trying to obtain my funds out of this account and I was told several times that it was processing. Contact customer support the other day and now my withdraw was cancelled for some reason. I signed up for the account and made very little deposits. Now this was a test to see what kind of scam this was. I thought this was a great app for saving, until I was given the run around about a deposit. What bank you know play around with people money like that. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT DEPOSIT ANY AMOUNTS OF MONEY INTO THIS ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO WITHDRAWAL YOUR MONEY. Never Never Use this app. You cannot retreibs the money you invested. Customer support lie about withdrawal, if you could make an withdraw from my account easily, there shouldn't be an issue replacing it, but these people come up with every excuse in the world not to refund your money.

They do not allow you to permanently stop scheduled transfers, only temporarily. Customer service goes silent when you request to cancel.

The Tech Support is just ON POINT! I messaged them to change my e-mail and they were like ready to go! I had only put $5 in it the past couple months and now I have $6...I am thinking to put more money on it. Nothing too large just enough that I wouldn't feel it. I like that you can set goals on it now and watch your money grow towards it. Anything I can save for my Master's Degree is helpful at this point!! Also keep monitoring it at least once each day ok!

See you in court. This app is a scam theypvle overdrawn my account 3 times bpy taking money without my permission ive given them a last chance but they still told me. Yes yes we wont do it. AND STILL they did with my that i dont use the debit card linked and have over drafted my bank account. I took screenshots and now i am going to take them to a legal battle they wont be able to handle. I warned them. But they gotta learn the hard way. This suckers have to learn their lesson. They have cost me more tha. 150$ in stupid bank overdraft fees on a debit card i dont even use. I will smash them with thunder. See you in court.

*Update I finally got a response after leaving a review here. I still absolutely don't recommend this app. I put it $70 over a couple of months and lost half of it. Whoever is investing sucks. Get your money out quick or monitor it constantly. My bad for assuming I was making a profit. I have sent email and chats over and over and nobody responds. I can't get into my account to close it and I've been losing money since the first month.

They tell you that you can shut off savings and then take money from your bank account anyway. There is no way to close the account. And once they take your money, they won't let you withdraw it. In spite these flaws, customer service is very helpful in resolving issues and keeping you informed of what is going on.

I Think the app is fun to have. I make more money with this app than my own savings account. The support staff are there to answer all you questions. It's fun have and check everyday to see if you made any money.
