L'application Clic and Croque vous permet de commander en direct vos produits d'alimentation Vétérinaire habituels pour votre animal de compagnie. L'interface est simplifiée, un lecteur de code barre intégré facilite l'ajout des produits au panier et un renouvellement de commande à l'aide d'un simple clique est possible. Vous avez la possibilité de laisser une note lors de votre commande pour toute demande particulière (ajout de produits, retrait de commande à un jour précis...). Le retrait et le paiement des commandes se fait à la Clinique Vétérinaire Sarrette (75014 PARIS) du lundi au Samedi.
Vous pouvez passer votre commande à n'importe quel moment de la journée, vous serez informé de la date de retrait possible à la fin de votre commande et vous recevrez une notification quand votre commande sera prête à la Clinique Vétérinaire Sarrette. Le délai de mise à disposition de votre commande sera de 2 jours ouvrés maximum (hors ruptures fournisseurs ou cas de force majeure); Du lundi au vendredi si vous passez votre commande avant 12h, votre commande sera disponible le lendemain matin.
