About Client Contact App
The Client Contact Application is a tool for service industry firms such as law firms, CPA firms, and anyone with a clientele, to be able to have a branded, private, instant communication channel with clients. Clients can initiate messages to and receive messages from their contacts at the firm using push notifications for instant alerts. You can even schedule messages so your clients get your messages at a predefined time. Clients can also take pictures of documents or other images and attach to those messages as needed. The app also serves as a private content management system so you can deliver articles to your clients that are specific to client needs.

Client app features:
-Completely branded for your company and submitted to the app stores so you can tell clients to download your company’s app
-Clients read private messages to them with instant push notification
-Clients can send private messages to four levels of employees
-Clients can read your own articles inside the app through a content management system you control
-Refer-a-friend feature so clients can easily send you someone else’s information who needs your expertise
-Security features to prevent non-clients from accessing the features of the app, except to call you.

Administration features:
Clients
-You activate client’s apps, deactivate, and delete their access.
-You assign employees to each client individually or with a default value
Employees
-Individual logins per employee
-Two user access levels, one for staff, one for administrators with extra rights
-Global bulk replace one employee for another in all contact roles
Messages
-Clients can delete messages sent and received from their app, but they are not deleted from the server unless you delete them there in case you ever need them
-Messages are emailed to employees along with any attached images
-Employees can filter mail on the server to find messages
-Compose messages and send them now or schedule them to send in the future
-Send traditional SMS messages to non-app users
-Send messages to all clients assigned to you in any of the 4 roles to alert them you are out of town or about a special event, etc…
-Send a global message to all clients for any type of announcement
Articles
-Build your own client newsletter into the app and create as many articles as you desire
-Activate the ones you want made visible and adjust the order they appear in
Settings
-Name up to four roles for employees to be assigned to for each client (ex. Attorney, Negotiator, Case Manager, Client Advocate)
-Assign default emails for system messages to administrators, handling referrals from clients, or for validating new app installations on client’s cell phones
Referrals
-All referrals from clients are stored in the admin dashboard as well as emailed to the referral handling email address
