It just does not work, as simple as that. All my colleagues couldn't connect for various different reasons.

I wish that they'll upgrade this nice app. more and more up until every crew members who are onboard can chat also other crew members from another ships of costa. that will be awesome! Good Luck! :D
It is a fantastic tool for families or friends to inform each other's whereabouts.It works on a xiaomi phone but clashes on an Xperia phone.The frontdesk officer wasn't IT savvy and by then I could delete but too late to download again because I was already out at sea

I have tried to get the Costa app that would be of use at my shop in Bridport. It seems impossible. I now have an app that assumes I am or have been cruising. Neither is true. All I want is the app I can use instead of searching for Card when my wife and I have a coffee at the first class costa in Bridport Dorset.Help appreciated. Malcolm Dulson.

Sometimes cranky. Costa fonts get fuzzy on small screens. I wish I could erase old contacts.

Total failure. Happily installed it before the cruise but app couldn't connect to the ship's internet server when we tried to use it. Sought assistance from onboard customer service desk who advised us to uninstall and reinstall using ship's wifi network. We did as advised but to our horror couldn't even access Google Play using the ship's wifi network. Customer service officers onboard ship had no idea how to resolve the issue and we just gave up cos we were wasting our time there. This just shows Costa up as a cheapskate cruise operator. Why not just provide no free internet access in cabin and on deck? Instead, it wants you to buy expensive internet "packages". It's the same with bottled water. Costa doesn't have the hospitality to give you even one single bottle of drinkable water in the cabin. You have to buy "beverages packages" from bars which charge you US$5++ for a bottle of drinkable water. No more costa cruise for me.
