Crashes a lot and I get frequent connection timed out messages.. Also, it is a major battery drainer on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6).. When the app works it's pretty good.

Seems to crash more often than a few months ago. Would be good to have a few more options within the app.

System worked fine at the beginning but app is no longer alerting or genfencing. Have contact cleverloop and they said it was an update issue and it would be sorted in 1 months...2months later and still isn't working.

Had some issues with the app at first but then after I switched Internet provider, all the issues are gone. It's quite reliable now.

Responsive support team improved the app greatly compared to when I first started using it. The occasional issue still crops up (not loading video, delayed alerts) and it would be nice to have more control over notification types for different severities, but it performs the job and gives me peace of mind.

Did you remove auto-rotate when viewing video from a camera? If so, why and can you put it back? Also need to be able to adjust auto-IR sensitivity. Buggy app, but mostly does what it says and I'm otherwise satisfied.

Does what it should do very well. Would be good to be able to tune the auto-arm parameters for the GPS arming though.

Battery hog. Apps okay but temperamental to show video but taking hour off my phone's battery life!

Firstly cannot access support from the app. 2ndly trying to set up indoor camera mounting bracket screw will not stay in camera. 3rdly trying to set up by WiFi there is no audio between phone and camera. Phone volume just off max. 4th setup via ethanol cable will work but I need it WiFi. Try to set up from menu but app freezes up. Will wait till morning to sort out and take back may give more stars if these issues sorted

I no longer get notifications. And both cameras won't go online. Apparently there is a short lifespan to this system.

The monitoring functionality is great - but the android app is a bit flaky and heavy on the battery!

Fantastic system does what it says on the tin ...false ales during periods of night time rain are anoying

Stable, quick and easy to setup the base station and cameras

Only flaw would be I would like to have certain cameras to alert me via sound the others via vibrate. And also live streaming takes a while to load or doesn't load at all.. we are running 1Gb/s fibre at both locations so it's not the Internet.

I use android and an Iphone and both are slightly different in their use. Android is probably a bit more user friendly and more responsive than Apple.

Sending of alarm notifications to the phone only works some of the time, really needs to be fixed , otherwise no complaints

App receives regular updates and is reliable.

Video quality is good but features limited. No where near close to what was marketed and is problematic. Also annoying features like changing camera info to always have cleverloop on video, if you change it to camera info this system changes it back to cleverloop on reboot. Good video quality but system is limited and buggy.

Don't get this if you have trees. Got our money back. It couldn't distinguish people moment versus trees. Otherwise fantastic and miss it.

Loving every bit of cleverloop so far. Fits our needs and price range.

For a security app, 90% of the time isn't good enough. Fix the stability issues and it'd be a great app.

Had this pretty much since they have been available. App is constantly (so far) being updated to add/fix features. Would like to see a few less taps to get to live views. Another plus would be to have a view of all your cameras live. Would also like to see support for multiple devices (seems you can only be logged on one phone at a time). Geo-fencing has been improving.

Had an issue where hub wouldn't go offline, emailed support and they fixed it right away. System does what it says and I find it very useful. It could use a few more options but I think they'll keep developing. Satisfied.

Alerts are triggered immediately, but recording does not start until a few seconds afterwards. I get many clips of people already leaving my front door and not of when they arrived. The back of their heads do not help identify them. Another issue is that the clips that are saved are so short. Please add an option to change recording length. Other than these problems, it's a great app for monitoring.

Works great, wish I could use 3rd party cameras but the cameras they sell are reasonably priced.

I was hoping for instant alerts as described but i walked around my house for 10 mins before it went off. Also i do not get a sound on the notifications. Other than that love the cameras good night vision and set up was easy!

This app is very intuitive to use. The setup video walks through is easy to follow. The gif preview feature is great. Real time camera feed view works most of the time. The time it doesn't, I wish there is more messages on whether the base cannot connect or the camera is offline. Otherwise, fantastic companion app for CleverLoop hardware.

App works fine for me on several versions of Android. The app is a front end to the Cleverloop system, which is a 5 star product. The best and most flexible camera security systems that I have tried.

Hands down the best video monitoring solution on the market. Highly recommended
