CleverCards Birthday Cards

Cannot be recommended at all! The app should be a great addition to any phone, but it simply does not function for me with the Premium version. I have now twice bought the app - paying nearly £10 each time. The first time around, despite having tried and tried to get the Premium functions activated by emailing the 'Help' email on numerous occasions and never having had an acknowledgement or help or activation, I resorted to getting a refund from PayPal which was successful. I again purchased the Premium content about 6 months after my first bad experience - hoping (as it transpires - in vain) to get things working this time. The same procedure as before, email after email and not a single reply! I cannot condone a product which is unusable, or a company which has no pride in its product or care for its customers! I am hoping that this review could possibly prompt a reply from the app developers and would be glad if they were to respond, activate the Premium content and for me to then reassess my review. After numerous unanswered emails, I do not hold out much hope, but am prepared to be nicely surprised! If no help or response is forthcoming, it will be back to PayPal for a refund! At the moment this is in my opinion, a totally unusable product with a hopelessly inept staff managing customer concerns! Extremely disappointing!

My first card was sent with no issues. Now trying to do my second card, the preview won't load so I chose a different card which works ok until you get to the page where you input the address, when I hit next after this page an error comes up saying I have an expired coupon/voucher, even though I haven't used one for this purchase. UPDATE: It gets worse, I can't even preview the card. It's blank. How can you expect me pay for a card that may go out blank?

I used to LOVE this app; it was the best free ecard maker, hands down. I became disgusted with the content and language on the American Greetings Just Wink app, and this app was a breath of fresh air. I especially loved the personalization options. However, no matter how many times I try, I can NOT get my most recent card to "load for editing." Therefore, it won't send, rendering one of my favorite apps useless. I emailed the developers months ago, never got a response, and the app's still worthless.

I have used this app for years but all of a sudden it's not doing what it used to!! I send e-cards to my friends via Facebook but they no longer appear! I get an email saying that "my order" has been placed. What's that all about??? Also can no longer see friends photos on Facebook to choose one to put on card!! These problems have turned a really good app into a waste of time app. I will be deleting it!!!!!

... because why? You make money off them even if they never pay for your apps premium upgrade? Lame. First of all, because you have a financial interest to push people towards signing up with FB, I question that 90% data point. Secondly, to brazenly suggest such a statistic in your apps opening screen shows such a poor level of tact it makes me wonder how good your product is to begin with. Provide a good service and you won't have to rely upon such a desperate way to make a buck.

Paid for premium 3 times, still not working, no response from Maria who used to be on top of it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it won't even load my friends. :(

It's so bad after paying to unlock the premium cards still cannot use it. Sent you an email still no reply. Why?.

Very good application and choice of Birthday cards e.c.t.. but there some you need to pay for so only 4★ this time.

This has to be the worst app ever I don't know why I keep trying to use it !!! It never works ... your losing a lot of business as I like to send cards regularly!!

Do not work as well as be foreafter up dating it will not post on Facebook before it was great now not very good thinking about deleting it.

Not good was good at begining. Now last 18mths or so cannot send cards . Not loading or something. Shame people liked the cards I sent.

Often doesn't work.... again and quit working of install uninstalled and installed it twice it won't work I did like this app

Tried 4 or 5 times to send a card but it doesn't let you get by choosing a card really frustrating

I would like my money back, this is a rip off!

It is unique, but always give me problem sending to facebook.

Really liked this app but going uninstall as upgraded to premium account of which you pay and it does not work and wants charge you every time. The actual app is not working either, doesn't update, won't load cards your trying send and worst of all I have emailed my issues to this company and they don't even reply anymore refund would be nice of all 5 payments made. Very unhappy customer

It used to be my favorite but worthless if I can't send them! !!! THANK YOU for responding, but there's no order number for the ecards to email to you. ....

It is a great site. If the finished product ever gets there! I have even paid for premium and can't get it. This site is really nice. Needs work. Give me a call

In this digital day and age its nice to be able to send a physical card to friends around the world!
