Cleartrip is clearly a fraud company which doesn't refund money on automatic flight cancellation. Customer care do not know how long it will take to refund even after 75 days. Just a waste of hard earned money. Cleartrip is fraud. Guys don't use this app or website.

I booked ticket for Goa through them later due to some reason I have to cancel the ticket and clear trip charging 1000 for cancellation charges apart from airline charges. Which is way too much on a ticket of Rs 8600/- I tried to reschedule it from them and they demanded additional rs10600. Doesn't make sense as a fresh tickets for the required dates is available with a sum of 8450 Rs. Charing too much for bad service.

CHEATERS NOT TRUSTABLE APP took ADDITIONAL charges for luggage but did not includes in my tkt after 're checking I found they made me fool I ended up in airport came to know h no baggage allowed ...but in clear trip tuts it us showing 30 lbs each but in air line system it no bagggage

Customer service has severely degraded since I last reviewed and rate this app 5*. Revising to 2*.

Doesn't refund ur money! Such a fraud! My tickets aint booked but money transaction being done!

Good app but some times transactions fails again they will call and proceed the transactions which i didnt like except this the app is awesome

It is useful app I am book 2nd time flight ticket but it is now problem in book train ticket

Takes UK card payments for flights and trains in India so thumbs up from me.

Been using this for years. Its simplicity and no frills design has always impressed me. I always use it for my flight bookings and have also used it for hotel bookings
