200 situps: 0 to 200 sit ups for Android
It is awesome!! Recommended 100%
True, it's not free... but it's hardly expensive either! I love the flexibility of the different types of push-ups and the easy system to follow... Highly recommended!
It's amazingly getting the job done!
A great app, very easy to use.
This would be an awesome app if you didn't have to pay to get to the full 200. I understand they need to make money but they don't even tell you ahead of time that you won't be able to finish due to it being a trial version
I just paid a 1 year subscription for your Gym Workout app and was disappointed to find that this app only allows limited usage? Why is that the case shouldn't there be some sort of benefit to already paying for your apps?
I am currently using the free version and have most of fitness22's other apps, but I'm annoyed about paying to get the full app. The free version should get halfway in the program
Its a good app! User friendly and helpful, but was it always trial? Additionally it claims that I have to pay to go from 0 to 100 sit ups, not 200...
Tricks you into downloading it before finding out it's a trial. Can only reach 27 sit-ups with the free version (1 week & 1 day worth). And then you must pay to be able to continue.
not as said 200 sits up? can't give the progress that i want. :(
Great app...believe it or no that app gave me a 6 pack
Cool
It's only a trial
Love this app!
Nice
Love Love Love
I had this app, at least a fuller version of it, and then, a couple of weeks ago, it stopped loading, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now I'm stuck with some version that only contains four days worth of training with a prompt to go pro to get the rest. I was on day one of week six before this happened. This is one of 9 Fitness22 apps that I've downloaded, and liked, and I'm about to cut ties with all of them if this isn't remedied.
Great idea but they only give you 4 days which go to 29 sit ups and then you have to pay for them...
It gave me 3x / wk for 10 weeks , and worked great.
Very useful and easy to use app. Also allows you to play your own music. Only change I would make is that the reps really ramp up towards the end of the 10 weeks. Also 60 secs between reps on the push ups version instead of 90.
Enjoy all of these apps by Fitness 22! They are simple, great to just do what you got the app for, no mucking around. A nice voice over too :-) works great with Spotify!! And it all flows, so you can get in the groove and stay groovy
Good for getting back into shape when you have had a break. Nice that you can skip rest times and do more than one day at a time if you want
Does what is advertised and works well with any other audio playing on my phone. I appreciate the workout guidance that I would not adhere to we'll on my own.
Great way to work your way up to doing exercise. You need to make a 2k or 5k WALKING app as well. Not everyone likes, or can run.
I got the 5k runner, sit up, pushup, and squats app so I could attempt to be less of a couch potato. I like them all so far; it's a lot easier than trying to keep track of all the intervals, sets, reps, and pacing myself.
Great app starts off for beginners then builds you up. It doesn't hold back the slightly more advanced either as you start where you want and skip bits if you need to.
I am liking the coaching style of the app. However, the 90 second rest peroid is too long for me. Therefore I'm happy I can skip ahead.
Loved this app on my old phone, so sad that it's not free anymore!! :( I got the entire program free last time. But if you're serious about getting in shape, this is a great app, worth the $2. I recommend 100% (would definitely give 5 star if it was free)
good way to get yourself started and eased into working out!
Its a little slow to begin with but u can skip the rest times. I can see myself making progress
After years of health issues, I needed an easy way back into fitness. I chose this app and its companions because the early goals are attainable and the workouts are consistently more difficult. I am getting stronger day by day with the help of these great apps.
So far this has been great. It is simple and easy to use. Not pushy or annoying. I like using it. I did not give 5 stars because I am not in love with it. But that might change when I finish my program. My kids have liked using it also.
Absolutely brilliant app no pressure & nice and gentle to get you back in to exercise. Highly recommended
I really enjoy the app. Could be better with less resting. Great for beginners. I do see an improvement.
I haven't been able to do much with this app yet, but the others are wonderful and I have no doubt it will live up to the rest! Great way to motivate me to get in shape. After having my son, I've been struggling with it quite a bit. These apps help me work up to more challenging workouts slowly, which makes sure I don't do too much at once a discourage myself.
I try to get back in shape, and never was a fan of sit ups so I try this app,but 90 sec rest everytime is too long
Simple interface. Clean design. Haven't found a single thing I don't like about it. You don't need any instruction to just jump in and get started, but I recommend you take a look at the training tab. Lots of good resources there. Love it.
Ive got this app along side the great abs and the push up one and it is great. It starts off easy but gradually gets harder.
Great app, help to tracking sit ups and doesn't send you annoying push messages if you miss a day
