I'm re-rating this app a year later. I absolutely HATE running, not to mention being a self-starter for exercise. I need a trainer to tell me how far, how fast, what time, etc. After my gym closed, I lost motivation, regained weight, lost muscle, etc. This app MAKES me look forward to my next run. I really enjoy the interval part of it. Now I'm weeks in and can't get enough. I also downloaded the abs and pushup apps too.

I'm not a runner and this app definitely makes me look forward to every run! It gradually increases running endurance without making it too hard. Looking forward to that 5k then 10k. You can't go wrong with this app. UPDATE May 16, 2017.... I'm still using this APP. I stopped running for a while and now I'm back at it. This app still beats all others

I downloaded this and did the first day and then looked through it to see what the next few days would entail and notice that after a week you have to pay to continue. I wish I knew this before doing the first day. I have now looked at the other reviews and see that this is the case. You need to make it clear in the description that you have to pay after a week - misleading to say the least.

Great app for new runners.. I want to thank fitness 22 team..great job done.. I started as beginner, with the plans i will be able to like complete half marathon.. I feel confident to run.. Definitely helped me get off my couch. I like the small reminders. Tested the app to see if it works for my lazy personality and it worked!!! Totally worth its money. Adore the inspiration quotes, adore the voice telling me "hey there awesome runner" ;-) Great app congrats .

It's a good program, really sets you up for success, but the app itself is quite buggy. Sometimes it pauses for no reason or skips back to the start of a workout which is super frustrating as I don't constantly look at my phone to check where I'm up to.

Fantastic app. I was a couch potato but I have recently completed the couch to 5k so have now moved onto this, never thought I would run at all never mind 5k. The only issue I have is the payment. I think it is great value and love that you can try before you buy but I feel an idiot for buying 0-5k and then 5-10 k and paying twice when this one goes from 0-10 k. I have also got a few other people to buy it and feel I have done them wrong now.

I wish it had a way to measure distance based off of what I did on my treadmill. Say for example to enter it manually???oh.. and I really wish you had a free platform and then a pro platform. It's Shady that you offer this as a free app but in order to use any more of the workouts you have to pay a fee. I don't mind paying the fee I mind that you weren't upfront about it.

I have done the 10k and the 21k and love them both. You progress slow enough that there are no injuries but it pushes you to i improve running times and strengthens your running abilities.

I purchased the app already, but looks like ill need to repurchase on my new phone. Not too happy about it. I've also bought the 5k and can't let the app know it's me either, do may need to repurchase both to keep my data

I'm training for my first EVER 5K. I've absolutely never run before. This app is slow but steady-- I'm keeping up with her prompts. You walk, then run-- alternating as you increase run time, and decrease walk time. It works! You can increase the intensity by simy running faster if you need or want to. I'm not there yet, but I'm on my way! Day 6 here I come. I look forward to my runs. I highly recommend this app.

This app is amazing, I mean AMAZING! I recommend it for everyone. I myself hated running so it was very challenging. Though now that I have been going through this app has changed my life, now I like running :) I have 3 weeks to go but I have seen a dramatic change, the way I am fit and have more energy. Plus my recovery time came from 5 minutes down to 3 minutes. I have been busy with life though I have been going every week. So it has been 6 months going onto 7 months. I have lost 7 kg! That's 1kg PER MONTH. Now my diet has not been that great but I have reminded myself about quantity. Cause when you are loosing weight you need to adjust your food intake to match your right weight size. Plus you will know when you are full. I noticed that when I eat a full size meal 3 times a day it was really beneficial. Also sleep, get at least 8 hours of sleep because that's when the fat is burning. Oh yeah with running, run on the balls of a your feet. Look it up if you don't know what I mean. These are the tips that I have learnt. I hope it helps someone. That app is not for free as advertised. After week1 you have to buy it or you can't use the programme. I don't like that trickie customer service .
