Did all the first week in one sitting because i didn't find it challenging. Then i skipped all the way to the end and the last workout was a bit more challenging. So ill write down the last workout and keep doing it, but i won't keep the app, plus i would've loved a bit more variety in the exercises

Love how easy this is, but at the same time it's the same reason I'm unsure of it, been doing it for a while now and not sure it's really doing anything or if I'm doing it wrong and I'm following the diagrams/descriptions as mentioned... Am I supposed to feel a burn? Because I don't so therefore I'm unsure this is working as my bum doesn't look any bigger either... Just curious but for a butt ralated app how come no squats? I thought they may be added as went along

After having great success with their 10k app I have started the exercise apps. When I try to exercise on my own I overdo it and hurt so badly that I stop exercising. These apps grow at a steady pace so you gain strength without hurting yourself! And my 4 year old loves doing it with me and pressing the "did it" button!

I download this one as well as the great legs, great abs, and couch to 10k and I'm pretty excited! I can tell from looking at them that I will stay interested in them to reach goals and badges. Is there any recommendations on what order to do these workouts in as a fitness program? They are each 3 times a week which seems manageable, but should I do all of them on the same 3 days or space them out?

Just ended my second week. So far I like it. Love how its 3 times a week. Perfect for me. All workouts are simple && easy enough for me to do, considering I have back problems! When done ill rate again.

I'm only a couple weeks into the program, so I can't speak to results, but the program is easy to follow and encourages you to keep going.

I absolutely love love love all the apps I just wish the gave more direction with how to stretch I know they link videos in one of the menus but in the actual app would be better but other than that it's the best app I've seen!

I'm on week 4 using all of the apps in the series, and given my shape and size, I can't see any difference (yet), but I can feel it in how I move and in how my clothes fit. My only question is what to do after week 8. What's the next step?
