Absolutely amazing. I can't speak on the ability to cancel that everyone seems to have an issue with however ClassPass is a steal for what you receive. I couldn't decide between gyms all of which cost over 200$ a month. I decide to get ClassPass and split my classes between 3 amazing gyms and a yoga studio for stretching. If I need an extra day to workout I can either use my own gym or cancel that and purchase an additional 3 classes a month. Either way my total per month comes to 150-160$ which is far below what the boutique gyms cost.

Liked the app so far, booking a class and adding it to my calendar is flawless. Wish list for new features: 1. Allow the use to put a different time frame for weekends, so I don't need perform a separate search for morning classes on the weekends; 2. Add the invite friend to class button on Android (already exists on iOS).

I want to cancel my membership effective immediately. After reading everyone's comments about having difficulty canceling, it seems like submitting a review is the only way to get it done.

This app would be so much better if they fixed the bugs. There are classes I try to book in advance that show all spots taken and i call the gym and they say there are many open slots.

Wants you to subscribe and pay before even telling you what classes are actually available in your area. No thanks

I'm supposed to pay before I can even see what's available to me in my area? I'd like to be able to check out when and where classes are held before handing over my cash. I won't be using it

App is pretty useless. Can't easily share a class with a friend by copying url. Can't search for a class by keyword.

Impossible to cancel. Feels like a scam / extortion. On Android, clicking Cancel takes you to a web page that shows how to cancel using iOS! Following the instructions there for non-iOS users sets you off on an infinite loop!

HORRIBLE cancellation process requires chat for IOS or a terribly designed, glitchy email process for Android. Expect to waste a ton of time and probably get ripped off if you ever want out of this scam. Oh, and their response below makes things worse, not better. It's interesting they can respond to negative feedback faster than they can cancel my account, and if Facebook is an option why am I finding that out here?

A ridiculous scam. It is impossible to cancel your account without speaking to the company, and while trying to do so the app created a second account and charged me for it.

You now have the ability to use a class credit and pay an extra fee to go to the same studio more than 3 times. This is a great however you can't use your app to book the class using the credit/pay the fee. The studio is "grayed" out and won't let you select it as an option. This needs to be fixed.

Overall the service is good value, however the app leaves a lot to be desired. Need classes to sync with my Google calendar, bookmark classes, search by instructor and keyword, search by location and not just "neighbourhood", and add option to send updates 12, 6 and 1 hour prior to the class

They essentially stole my money and would not allow me to cancel or use my class passes!

Overall the app is good. Happy with classes I've taken. Wish there was the option to share with friends/make referrals right from app and not having to go to the website directly. Also would be great to be able to Save or Favorite some of the neighborhood proximity instead of always having to select. I travel for work so I find myself having to adjust evrey time. Cancellation window could be shorter as well as things come up within 12hrs. Would love notifications for when classes open that I want. But overall

Total ripoff. They charge you if you cancel and charge you if you don't show up, in addition to the charge for the class. If anyone has the kind of job where meetings go over time or get called late, or if you have kids that don't always cooperate with your schedule, DO NOT SIGN UP. Just get a gym membership, at least they don't charge you heinous fees for having a busy life.

Its basically impossible to cancel. They make you click through a endless loop if your trying to cancel. I dont understand why I need to chat with anybody to cancel. On top of that you can never actually reach the chat. Its just a endless loop telling you how to chat with somebody. Im recording every instance of calling the studio and this classpass company. Ive been trying to cancel for weeks now. I never even wanted a membership, I only signed up to go to a class with a group of friends and I ended up getting billed.

I mistakenly went to a class a day before. The instructor said come anyway and I'll book you in for the next day. If I would of known I would of been charged 15 pounds I just wouldn't of bothered with the class and would of gone the next day. This has really upset me that you would just take money out of my account without my permission.

It feels like a scam! Scam scam scam! Read the reviews! They will not let you cancel! They will not give your money back! I have to report my CC as lost or stolen just to get them to stop charging me! It's basically impossible to cancel or change your class settings! It sends you through an endless loop to the FAQ page and the home page and you will never get anyone on live chat or a satisfactory answer from your email inquiries. It's extremely frustrating! You're better off going to some different gyms and classes and asking for trial periods. This is the worst!

HORRIBLE! Full of glitches. When I tried to call to get it fixed, I realized they dont have a phone number so I went to their headquaters to talk to them and they cant talk to customers, so Im getting charged a fee for something that is their fault. Customer service us obviosly not a priority.

I have never had to write a review for an app but this one deserves it. There is no way to cancel your subscription. It just takes you through endless loops and you can never get a hold of anyone in live chat. They are scammers for sure. I am just going to have to cancel my credit card.

I've been trying to cancel my membership and it is impossible. I have wasted 2 hours!!!! Classpass doesnt have an easy or even clear way to do it!! Whyyyy so many clicks that take you no where????? Why a live chat???? Where is the freaking live chat? ???? Pleaseeeeee just cancel my membership

Tells you there are a ton of classes then we you sign up they are full. Rip off

Wont let you look at what classes they have until you purchase a plan. Android.

The search by neighborhood option is clunky and unhelpful. I'd rather search by proximity. Also does this app really need a social feature? It doesn't.

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. Impossible to cancel keeps charging my credit card a big hassle and a big mess

5 stars for the website experience. Huge variety and quantity of classes here in seattle. If you only use the app you're going to miss out on good features and have a bad time.

It's literally impossible to cancel, the membership pages on the website and the app are disabled. No phone number, "Contact us" takes 2 business days... I don't want to pay for another month.

Warning on signing up. I can't work out how to cancel so I'm going to tell my bank to block charges from them. When it is so easy to sign up, ( i did to investigate classes around me) it should be easy to cancel too, not a phone call!

Extremely difficult to cancel membership. It almost feels like a trap. Also, every link provided to contact the company for help just takes me back to the app to sign up for classes. I enjoyed my membership, but this whole process to cancel is incredibly frustrating and makes me question the ethics of ClassPass. Companies shouldn't have to trap their customers to be successful.

This app is a scam, as is Classpass. Impossible to cancel membership, links don't work, people don't respond to query submissions. Deserves FTC scrutiny. Will be telling all of my friends to AVOID like the plague.

I booked my second class for a specific day and when I looked at my schedule the class date had changed without notice. Now I'm trying to cancel the membership or contact someone and the app keeps taking me back to the home screen.

App is good for booking classes but why can't I buy classes via app instead of web browser when I have reached my class limit? ClassPass is losing money that way. Please fix it!!!

Expensive. Not a big fan of buying a product "classes" without know what classes are available, when, or what time.

Can't cancel. Can't put membership on hold. Can't even contact them thru this crappy app
