This app, and the browser version, are completely useless - doesn't update, currently blank. It suppose to provide real-time info about my child, as we were told. There are events/actions from school (last few days) not visible in either app or browser. Completely useless at this point. Wonder how many grands school was charged for system that doesn't deliver

The bar charts/graphs can no longer be viewed, the behaviour part is showing as blank, homework takes ages to show as submitted. to many faults on the android app. can you please sort it.

Limited information on detentions. Can't view attendance information anymore at all. :( Not happy, the idea is good, but in practice the functionity is rubbish.

If only it worked consistently. Please sort as I have a blank page associated with my child's account. I have reloaded software but still not working. Help Edukey

All dates have disappeared. So you don't know when they received them or if a detention, what day it is for. Please fix

How can the homework that hasn't been done but showing as completed in grey? As for the attendance chart??!??!

I like the idea you can see the feedback from teachers in lesson time but the homework section has never worked

Not very good allways crashes

Not updating correctly. Bar chart and pie chart show correct data but not reflected in detailed summary to show when and why child obtained rewards or discipline. Also when trying to see years result this does not work. Amazing idea just need a few tweaks

I use this to keep track of my childs behaviour. I love it. I don't have any crashing issues.
