TraxisPro Mobile is an enterprise workflow tool specifically designed to “mobilize” existing paper based processes using an Android phone or tablet. Your team will have the ability to use your newly mobilized forms to capture real-time information, take photos or download existing information (including photos) to update offline and then re-sync once an internet connection is available. QR Codes can also be used to eliminate input errors or automate certain actions, such as downloading existing data or filling in responses. Using our administration portal you can create new users or modify your existing user’s permission as well as publish new forms or configure existing forms on the fly, all your users need to do is sync their devices to receive any new updates. Since your forms are viewed using HTML5 there is no limit to the look and behavior of your forms. Once your user’s sync their devices with our administration portal your information can be reviewed, edited, sorted, filtered and exported in pdf, csv or excel formats. Automated processes can also be setup for system to system communication.
