It doesn't make sense to have an app that doesn't work! I put in my of and DoB and it doesn't accept my ID... I tried several times and it doesn't work. That's not acceptable... And i saw many reviews saying the same... Where are the developers? And no customer service can fix it either

This is a great app, all cards available, no cards to forget, etc. It would be nice if it could cache the card info to make it always available. Also, not one doctor, specialist, urgent care, or hospital yet has accepted info from the app. Too bad HAP can't persuade them...

Just got off the phone with hap after checking to see if my policy was still active (it is) and i was told by customer service to try this app when I requested a new card. I entered the same info I gave customer service and the app tells me Its invalid

Really wish it had a "pay bill" option. It offers a digital card, when I keep one in my wallet anyway, and contact info which is already on the card I keep in my wallet.

Hitting the back button takes you to the very beginning so that you have to start over, tilting the phone takes you from wherever you are to one of the initial choices, this is frustrating and awful

I love that i no longer need to carry my familys cards with me. The app shows each card members card, front and back, and it gives me the option to fax or email a copy to my familys doctor or pharmacist. Very nice!!!

The app doesn't actually tell me what pharmacies are covered under my plan, despite me picking my plan while navigating the menu. Also, the app doesn't use the GPS on the phone to locate where I am and tell me what's available around me. There is a GPS check box, but you can't select it. If I'm out of town and it's an emergency, it's difficult to have to quickly figure out the zip code for where you are. Please enable GPS for the app.
