Eat Right Now® for Android
The bug where I can't get past the validation code was supposedly fixed, however it has not been. I would love to be able to at least try the app, however it is unusable at the moment.
Can't get past sign up part because skip feature won't work. Please fix so I can change to 5 star.
Can't get passed the signup. Tried un installing and re installing twice. Just tapping "skip don't have a code"
Couldn't get passed the sign up screens.. Just kept tapping and tapping. Now I'll be fat forever.
It has the perfect amount of support (both emotional and technical) to help sustain personal accountability in reaching mindfulness and weight-loss goals. The daily lessons are bite-sized insights that inspire action and meaning in this journey, and the app's features and content are seamlessly incorporated into your day-to-day. Overall, this app makes an incredibly difficult process approachable and attainable. Plus, you gain sustainable results and a priceless sense of empowerment!
This app taught me about my relationship with food through daily lessons, reminders to check in on my feelings/hunger, stress relievers, eating exercises, reflection on my experiences and those of others in the ERN community, and more. Not a dieting app. This works--like nothing I've ever tried before. The focus is not on denying cravings by forcing a certain diet plan but in learning how to recognize, accept, investigate, and note what's going on.
I just couldn't get into it. Right from studying the raisin for two minutes, this thing was not for me. Too bad because I had heard good things. I'd rather stick with more ostial advice.
Too many technical issues. I would have to hit the same button several times just to proceed to the next screen.
This app has great information and a brilliant user friendly structure for changing relationship to food. Worth every penny.
I cannot pause or maximize video lessons. Other than that, very well done.
As a mindfulness teacher, I have been looking forward to this app for a long time and often use Judson Brewer's research to illustrate the impact mindfulness training can have. However the extortionate price, as a recurring expense, makes it inaccessible to people who are not on an upper middle class income. For this reason I will no longer be recommending it to my students.
This is a great tool

Now I can actually access the app, seems only four days of the 24 day programme are free. Expensive, uninstalled
