Desert Schools Mobile

Have had issues for the past three weeks resulting in the inability to login, prompting messages "101", "User not found", "Currently unavailable", etc. Seriously frustrated as I can't access my money when I need it! For the rare occasions I do manage to log in the balances are always incorrect, app is unstable making it impossible to navigate, within the first minute of use it kicks me out prompting another timely login which inevitably fails anyways. Worked perfectly before, need to fix asap!

Compared to Chase banking app this one is completely terrible. Transactions don't show in history frequently and there's an odd delay updating available balance. Asking for a security question answer on every login is really unnecessary as well.

This app constantly crashes therefore making my android phone reboot. The camera flash doesn't work and it aways comes out of focus when the picture for the check is taken. I also have problems login in. In fact, there is a 50/50 chance it will let me log in or not. I also want to mention the error I constantly get, "system is unavailable please try again later" ugh! UPDATE : I tried it on a different phone and it worked a lot better maybe it's my cell phone.

Constantly won't let me log on saying user can't be found. When I call in I get told no issue. Fix your app your customers rely on it

Decent app, get the basic job done. Very slow to load up and log in. Need to include the ability to transfer between accounts. I have cross account set up, I can transfer to on the site, but not through the app.

I used to love this app until recently. Now when I log in to check my accounts I get an error and can not see any account detail. It's frustrating.

Worked just fine until yesterday when I logged in and got a red bar at the top of the screen that simply said "101". My transactions wouldn't load and I wasn't able to deposit a check. What is going on?

Half of the time the app doesn't work for me. I've been trying to sign in for days to deposit a check... I've had no luck, just staying on the loading screen

Sloppy, hard to use. Touching a transaction opens the wrong one. Deposit doesn't work, ever. Can't transfer between accounts. Meanwhile, the website works fine. Uninstalling.

I don't think it should take a week to show a transaction. After I deposit money I should be able to go on the app and see that I made a deposit. It should be that way with everything. Not reliable at all. And way to slow. Got to get with the times Desert Schools

Updated.. When transfering money from savings to checking you don't see the balance of savings and the keyboard doesn't switch to a keypad. It's the full keyboard and hard to type in the numbers.

I swear every time I try to log in, system is unavailable. Why? I need to check my account people. I never had this problem with the other banks.....-_-

This app was much better and easier to use before they updated it. It was quick, gave you all the features you needed, and never had problems with inaccessibility or down time. Now that they've updated it, they've dressed it up and tried to make it look more modern, it seems to be clunky and weighed down, and there are sometimes long periods where I have no access to my bank account if I don't have a computer to log into. Extremely dissatisfied!

I have joint accounts and when I need to transfer funds from one account it takes the money from a different account. Very frustrating.

1) Photo deposit does not work correctly because the camera portion of this app has bugs: a) Distorted picture (vertical squish). b) Viewfinder marks do not align with the camera, causing the tops of all checks to be cut off, removing the "from" name and check number. ...which causes the app to refuse the photo and make you take another photo -- creating a "crazy cycle". 2) Slow startup. 3) Running balance not listed next to transactions.

Lacks basic functionality, it's very slow and is just not a good user experience. This never gets updated and the most recent one is an antiquated pin feature when most banks are now using finger print sensor. Also, what design guidelines are being used here? This looks so atrocious whoever the bank is paying to develop is ripping you guys off. Worst of all, ads! - This finally pushed me to close my account!

Each time I update the app, I run into problems depositing checks. I click submit and it says my session expired. The previous time it says the quality of my photo didn't meet requirements. The app's bad camera and the method for entering an amount needs improvement. Check out competitors apps for ideas.

It's awful. Get it together, DS! I've been a member for nearly 30 years, and have kept this bank even though I now live in Colorado. This app is the worst and those of us keeping loyalty from places out of AZ need this to work. It often says it's unavailable, the photo deposit feature is hit or miss and I don't get why there was some brief pass code feature. Get with it, guys. This app is stupid.

Every week there is something else wrong with it that makes it so I can't sign in what's the point in having it when I can't use it

You can check the status of your accounts and do basic transactions, but the app is constantly under maintenance, out of service, or face log in credential issues.

Updating 1 star review frim 7/16/15. App has gotten way better. PIN log in is nice. Easy to make payments via the bill play. I wish there was a P2P option to send money right then without any fee.

Should call this "System unavailable " not an app.

Freezes up and won't let me log in often

Works fine for the limited bit I use it, I would like the option to log in with my fingerprint though.

Its super slow, takes forever to load, doesn't work 75% of the time, and behaves like IOS where you have to wait for slowpoke animations to tap on anything. That stupid ad thing that slowly scrolls in above the controls desipte me running AdAway is infuriating. Needs a lot of work before its even ready to use. The original app was 10x better.

The dumb animation fade thing at the beginning before I am allowed to log in is annoying and needs to go away. The pin code thing is brand new and already broken. Almost every other bank app has fingerprint login, why can't you? Seriously considering other banks because of this craptastic app of yours.

Thought the addition of the pin feature would be great to have...but it doesn't work (always says session has expired) Judging by the input of the pin if it did work, it would take the same amount of time to log in anyways.

User interface friendly, but why are there red fonts on a blue background. It feels like im cross eyed reading the amount spent. Lol

It works, but not very well. Slow login no matter what connection you are on, no fingerprint support, and notifications only work if logged in.

this the first time in my life that a bank push ads on to its clients on a mobile apps really? this the first time ...smh..

Whats the point of having PIN access even in the app if it only works 1/4 of the time i login?

Looks like the app needs to be polished up.

Overall the app functions well, but is missing some key components I am able to get through the normal web browser. My biggest complaint is not having access to my desert schools credit card account through the app. As a mobile banker with multiple accounts through various banks I have been spoiled by other banks who provide an all in one access app for everything bank related, ie: checkings, savings, credit cards, Loans, etc. Please see to these features being added, love desert schools overall!

The lag when you start up the app, right before you sign in is a drag. The current version before this 2.0.2 update was way faster. Now I have to wait for a stupid animation before I can sign in. Please fix!

9 times out of 10 you can't log in. They force you to call them to rest everything but it always happens during the time they are closed or it's a holiday. Other times it takes many attempts of trying and the app timing out. Not worth the headache.

Seriously, half the time, I can't even log in. Information is not up to date. Can't rely on this piece of garbage, and that's a big problem. UPDATE....This is still the worst app I've ever used. UPDATE...I'm leaving DS because if they can't support online banking as well as their competitors, they can't be trusted with my money. DONE.
