Exercise Motivator will 'lock' your phone at a pre selected day and time, for a duration all selected by you. Strap the phone to your arm or place it in your pocket and head off for your run. Exercise Motivator will recognize the exercise that you are doing and begin its countdown. Once you have completed your pre-selected exercise duration the phone will unlock - allowing you to get back to your online antics.

Exercise Motivator has a great disincentive built in. The phone will only be unlocked by the appropriate amount of exercise or by paying an 'unlock tax' to unlock your phone.
