It's free, you get discounts on food just for checking in a few times. The rewards used to be much better, but it's still better than nothing. The app works most times - just make sure that you have your 'location' turned on or it won't work! UPDATE : Now zero stars. 11/11/16— The app hasn't worked at all for the past 4 months. I updated it a couple of times, but it fails 100% of the time.

I love this app! I love Hardee's and Carl's Jr. anyway, and as often as I go, it doesn't take long to earn free sandwiches! If you're having trouble checking in, check the app's location map. Sometimes the star isn't exactly on the store, in which case you'll have to go where the star is, which may be next door or down the road, to check in.

Ain't really seen much on there yet but we'll see. It'd be nice if you added something like get points for voting for your favorite sandwich or doing surveys about recent orders ect. Jus saying. That way the app isn't so plain. Add onto it. Jus a suggestion.

I try to check in and get a reward and all I get is turn off mock location. I'm using an Galaxy S7 Edge and formerly a Galaxy Note 7 got the same thing mock location. Be nice if we could fix this. I have used 3 or 4 months ago and it was great, I would love to get back to Carl's Jr food with discounts.

It never could detect when I was at a store, much less the one that it seemed to have defaulted to. I would be inside a store and it would tell me to get closer to a store Eben if it was connected to the free WiFi. When it did detect a store it was the one that was 15 mi. away. I did get the free food so it wasn't too bad. It seemed to have worked better on my tablet better than it did on my phone. On my tablet though I couldn't get anything at the 1200 pt level or the 100 pt level if I had it avail

The app works fine, but the FREE rewards are all with purchase now and the TOP 1000 point reward is Buy 1 Get 1 Free which is no better than coupons available all the time. WORSE IS THE LIMIT OF ONE REWARD PER DAY!! IF I HAVE THE POINTS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE AS MANY REWARDS AS I WANT FOR MY WIFE OR A FRIEND OR MY FAMILY!!!

This app used to be decent. Not great but you could get some deals if you checked in enough. Now it crashes after I log in. Also facebook and twitter log ins are broken. This broken-ass app will claim "invalid credentials". Please remove this app until it is fixed, if it ever is.

I eat at Hardees at least for times a week. And when I try to check in, even while I am sitting in the store, on a very current phone, it never works. I have reported the problem at least five times. Never received the response and never experienced any change. After updates, the app experiences errors and won't even open. Good thing they make great biscuits because this is the worst app on my phone.

Worked until most recent update and now crashes regularly. Hopefully it will get fixed. Even when it worked, this app infrequently recognizes that you are at a restaurant. It is also hit and miss whether the cashier will recognize what the coupon is. Be ready to hand over your phone - a little scary in the drive thru!

It locked up in a stupid endless cycle after a few months. Had to delete and reload. Hope it works better now. It was hard to figure out how to use points. Employees and manager were unfamiliar with it. Once I figured it out, it started locking up. Tried to report it, but that didn't work either. Hoping for better this time! It's a great feature otherwise.

On a regular basis when attempting to check in I am denied. The app map is terrible! Many times on the property the app says I'm not there & I don't get points. Also, the deals aren't as good as they used to be. There's greater savings on sides or drinks than the food itself, or to get a new burger, you are compelled to get the drink & side (which I usually don't want).

Even with location set to high accuracy still says "opps, there is no location near you, you must be seeing a mirage!" I have to do it 5 or 6 times before it takes, and wirst if all it resets comments for twitter or fb so i have to retype everytime! Fix this!!!! I can open my map and it shows me at that location so i know my gps is working.. EDIT: after looking at the location it shows that the Hardee's is on the other side of the highway? how is anybody able to use it correctly if you put the store location in the wrong spot?..

Every time i open it it says it has stopped working, report it or hit ok. I reported it twice with no reply back. I loved the app before but it's really sucky right now. I missed collecting points on numerous occasions and that's very disappointing to someone that goes there on a regular basis. Hope they fix it soon. I've seen alot of complaints on it, how can they miss it? I think once they fix it they should give everyone at least 1000 points for their inconvenience.

Now every time I even try to redeem rewards it tells me to turn off mock location. It's not turned on, none of the developer settings are enabled and I don't have any mock location apps on my phone. I've tested it out in different locations-home, work, and at Carl's and I keep getting that stupid message. Reinstalling didn't help.

Rarely, if ever get extra points for sharing. God forbid that you get breakfast at 7:00 AM, then lunch at 1:00 PM. App will usually tell you "Whoa, you've just been here!" Seriously????? Don't bother emailing support, they NEVER (and I'm not exaggerating) answer. In the first 6 months I lost over a thousands extra points the app said I'd get. My sons have had similar experiences and have given up. Carl Karcher would be disgusted at this lack of customer service. Seriously pissed.

I was pretty excited about this app seeing that I do tend to eat at Hardee's quite a bit. However, I am now disappointed in the way the app is behaving. I can not even get in it without seeing the message "This app has stopped working." And then it shuts off and back on and off again as if it's been affected with a virus. I am going to uninstall this and maybe further down the road it might be working better..

The app constantly says it's stopped and shuts down. I can't access my rewards or check in at all, and there's no way to report any feedback from the app itself... there's no send button, etc. The app used to work fine and I enjoyed using it. Fix it!

Your food gets more and more spicy. If you get a burrito without sauce, it is dry as dust. If you get sauce added you get to burn you mouth off. Burritos used to be pretty dang good. We should get a choice. If I want spicy, I can use a "packet" and spice to my taste. And, what kind cheese comes on the Frisco?? Pictures everywhere with NO description. And, where is a home button? Not a user friendly app. Thank you!

Rewards seem stagnant for years now. Why no rotation? I currently have over 2500pts, but don't like many of the "rewards", so continue to just accumulate what seem like useless points. Make the app exciting and dynamic with fresh rewards. Example: 1 reward for $1 off Chicken Club...I want Sante Fe chicken...nope, only good for club. Lame!

App just constantly keeps closing, terrible. LG G4, Galaxy s6 on Android M, please fix and give me my points. This app needs to be removed from the play store after months not working

This app works on newer phones, but is a nightmare on older phones. My Galaxy S5, I loved it. I had to move to a Galaxy Core Prime, my phone locks up and cycles through error messages. The only response I've received is "we're working on it." It hasn't worked in the two months I've had the phone. It receives a low score for not working across versions of Droid

Can you fix the crashing already? Its been 3 months. I refuse to go to Carl's Jr and give them my money until this issue has been resolved. Hello, McDonald's.

8 out of 10 it glitches and crashes the second i try to start the app. Gee...thanks for nothing Carls. When it does load and work (which is seldom) it works great.

App worked great for me before latest update. After update it gets to login page and messages : " Unfortunately Super Star Rewards has stopped working" I can't redeem or add points to it. If next update fixes I will change my review. From my Nexus 9

The only downside is having to "advertise" my location. Good app otherwise. UPDATE: This WAS a good app while it worked. Unfortunately, when I installed on a new phone (same make/model as the old one), all hell broke loose. A message appeared stating that the app "unfortunately" has stopped working. I have uninstalled/re-installed four times, but it still won't function as it should. Unfortunately, the really sad part is that SSR Support has been completely unresponsive. So now I'll be uninstalling for good. Sorry, Hardees.

I just uploaded this onto my phone and it won't open. Keeps saying that it has stopped working!! So now I'm going to uninstall it. No big deal as I really don't go to Hardee's all that much since they tore down the building 5 years ago here in the town I work in!!

From the second I uploaded this the window popped up that says, "unfortunately super star rewards has stopped." I uninstalled it and re-installed it but nope, still doesn't work. Any suggestions? I would really like to use this app.

When it works, it's very handy for a discount, but I spend more time trying to open the app than I do in line. If they fixed that, I would like the app more. More discounts on things I want would be great too.

Til a week ago this app was working great. Now the app keeps Stopping and so I report. Still not working. Tried to reinstall to see if that would fix it and Nope. I've lost out on 300 pts this week. Not happy or impressed!

The app is always "unexpectedly stopped" and I've missed at least 6 times of checking in because of this. There are rewards that I wanted to use but can't......

Used it last week fine on a S7. This week it complains about mock location being turned on. Can't even add points. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, but no worky. At this point it's useless. Updated Oct 10. Still no change. Still complains about mock location being turned on even though there is none installed.

I've gotten some free food with orders using this app but ocxassionally it has problems detecting a nearby hardees or knowing if you are even in one. Now since the last update, whenever I attempt to open the app I get an error immediately saying it has stopped working, then it closes and reopens itself again and again and again until you can manage to close the error box and the app fast enough before the box pops up again.

It used to be easy, go to their website. Look up coupon offers. Now its go through a stupid maze, wasting 20 or so minutes for BS! I never earn any points, cause Carl's Jr app wants to tell the whole world where I am! Well the coupons was a great influence on my ordering, so I can order whatever expensive meal. Instead I've been stuck buying their cheap shot cause of all this marketing bs! This app looks like and should be easy, but really makes Carl's Jr look worse!

We love Hardee's breakfast on the weekend but this open continues to say app closing send report when I try and open it. It will do it 5 or 6 times then completely close. Please fix this!

Rewards were so good I spent a small fortune going to Carl's more than once a week. Now the rewards are either stingy or worthless and I never go to Carl's anymore. I dropped five pounds and go to Wendy's where the food is better for the same price or cheaper. Unless a small fry for free is a better deal than 4 for 4 in your reality then uninstall the app or don't get it in the first place. It WAS good. Now it's trash.

I just downloaded the app, created an account, and now it keeps "stopping unexpectedly". Very annoying. Can't even uttar the app. I would give 0 stars if I could
