■ 앱 접근 권한 규정 안내
정보통신망법 제22조의 2(접근권한에 대한 동의)의 규정에 맞추어 서비스에 필요한
항목만을 필수 접근하고 있으며, 그 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

[필수적 접근 권한]
- 전화 : 이용자 정보 확인
- WiFi 연결 정보 : 와이파이 네트워크 연결정보 확인

[선택적 접근 권한]
- 저장공간(사진/동영상) : 사진 및 동영상 저장
- 마이크 : 말하기 기능 사용
- 알림 : 푸시 메시지 발송
- 전화 : 긴급 통화 기능 사용

■ 주요기능
① 실시간 영상 모니터링 : 언제 어디서나 스마트폰을 이용하여 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있습니다.
② 영상 스트리밍 암호화 : 영상 전송을 실시간 암호화하여 개인정보를 보호합니다.
③ 양방향 음성전송 : 카메라에 마이크와 스피커를 내장하여 스마트폰에서 양방향 음성 송수신이 가능합니다.
④ HD급 화질 : 130만 화소의 고화질 영상(HD급)을 선명하게 제공해 드립니다.
⑤ 경보음 울리기 : 위기 상황 발생 시 원격으로 경보음 울리기 기능을 제공해 드립니다.
⑥ 가전제품 원격제어 : 집안의 TV, 에어컨, 셋톱박스 등의 가전제품을 스마트폰에서 원격으로 제어가 가능합니다.
⑦ 블랙박스 : 클라우드 및 SD카드 내에 움직임 감지 시 20초씩 동영상을 자동 저장하여 관리할 수 있습니다.
⑧ 적외선 촬영 모드 : 적외선 LED를 장착하여 야간에도 선명한 화질의 영상을 확인할 수 있습니다.
⑨ 움직임 감지 알리미 : 움직임이 감지되면 스마트폰으로 푸시 알림을 전송합니다.

헬로캠은 안드로이드 4.0(아이스크림샌드위치)이상, LTE 지원 스마트폰에서 이용 가능합니다. (1280x720 이상의 해상도에 최적화 되어 있습니다.)

* 이용불가 단말: 3G 스마트폰, 태블릿, PC, 옵티머스 뷰(F100L), 갤럭시 그랜드, 갤럭시 골든, 갤럭시 윈, 갤럭시S2 LTE, 갤럭시 코어 시리즈 등

■ app permissions Regulatory Information
    Network Act information necessary for the service in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 2 (agreement on access privilege)
