Absolute rubbish don't bother. Local library not listed therefore can't use. Uninstalled within 5 minutes ????

My local library isn't listed unfortunately, which is a shame as the library in the neighbouring municipality is but l am not a member there.

It's important to note that this app seems to take an unnerving amount of time to load the list of libraries at the start - I almost uninstalled it. Other than that, haven't run into problems yet

Rubbish app. Installed it and it doesn't work beyond showing the front page so can't use it at all. Will stick to using the normal website and delete this useless app from my phone.

Absolute crap. Doesn't allow me to search for or select my local authority library, it showed a total of 50 libraries, some of these libraries were on the other side of the globe. I know they're on spydus, as I have used the spydus portal online for both Salford and Manchester city councils. It takes ages to "refresh", freezing whilst it does so! Have you heard of GPS? A list of the geographically closest libraries would be useful. Total sh*te!

Wow! Erm... downloaded, installed, app was just stuck on annoying load widget. Poor effort

Limited use (logged on, searched and reserved a couple of books) but so far as o good.

Halfway to a functioning app. Reserve function doesn't work.

Works great for me. It's efficient for renewing books and checking your loans, and I really like the barcode function for checking whether your library network has a book. The search function is good, but doesn't correct misspellings etc.

Downloaded it worked well the first sign in than stopped working altogether and would not let me sign in.

Could not select items at the bottom of a list that was longer than the screen eg loan history when in portrait mode. Item readability is very low. Did not recognise scanned ISBN from recent novel borrowed from another library. Try this instead "Mylib for UK Libraries".

No idea if this does anything useful, it won't let me login to find out. Tried reinstalling and now just get a blank screen.

It's screen rotates regardless of devices' settings. It is hard to read things due to either, a font too small or too little contrast. Show more only adds a few items to the existing list, with no control over how many more.

The authors need to stand back and have another try. The idea is good but it's worse than using the libraries website, so what's the point? You can't select an ebook category or search within ebooks all you can do is a general search for an ebook which returns a list but then none of the books has a description or overview. The list of books doesn't auto get the next batch when you get to the bottom instead you have to click on the get more link, how quaint! There's no improved interface for tablet users.

User-friendly, easy to navigate, simple design, I much prefer this to logging on through library website. Works well on all my Samsung Galaxy devices.

Network error when trying to select branch, so can't log in

Does exactly what I need from this app

It's about as useless as the website. Won't fire up at all on my Android tablet. Just about runs on the wife's phone but after a search you don't get any format info so you have no way or idea whether you are getting a book or a CD. When will someone provide something that is user friendly like the old website used to be.

Like most things Civica is involved in it promises a lot and delivers nothing. Failed to initialise and then claims the fault is with my connection! Will uninstall and contact my library setvice as they have clearly been conned into this. For the record it fails to work on Samsung Galaxy S7.

Little teething problems to begin with but works fine on moto G. Would like when logging out, it retains just my holders number but not password. Scanning barcodes on books makes looking for books easlier

Constantly crashing, doesn't bring up the information of books or libraries ! Useless!!

It's much eaiser to use this app instead of using the website to check my loan.

Set up no problem - actual usage impossible. Blank screen on phone with no information - going back to logging in on the PC.

Connected to my local library, so that I could download eBooks like on Overdrive, but search doesn't have any filters and when I found an eBook, there was no way to download it. Tried for 2 days and have uninstalled it now.

Can't set it up, keeps crashing. Gave up & u installed it.
