It was fine until recently, but for the last few months it hasn't allowed me to renew books (Cambridgeshire libraries), coming up with an error about the circulation system. Without that capability it isn't much use.

Its just text, ugly does the job layout so why doesn't install on my new android device.

This once used to be a very good alternative to the Cambridgeshire Libraries web site. Sadly, since I upgraded to Android 7.0, it no longer remembers my library account and I have to add it each time I start the app. Also, some font sizes appeared wrong since Android 6.0. This app needs an update for more recent Android versions.

I had this installed on my old sony xperia and it worked fine and still remembers our details. On my new xperia it doesn't remember them at all. Very frustrating. Otherwise a great idea.

I've given this app a few chances, and although it works to begin with, it is always forgetting the accounts I've previously added making it unusable. If this is fixed it will be very useful

This app was fantastic, however, for a while now, attempting to renew items results in the message 'Error attempting to process circulation request'. I see other users have reported a similar issue. If it's not possible to renew any longer then the app is pretty pointless.

Worked a dream on my previous phone Sony arc S but just installed on my Samsung galaxy s4 and menu options on this installation not configured correctly as they are not laid out with enough space to see them clearly. sort this out and I'll give 5 stars. Great app otherwise.

Was initially really pleased and impressed, but disappointed today when I found the app had forgotten all the family's details and I had to gather all the library cards a second time. If it forgets again, I won't be using it. ETA: Heap of rubbish. All details forgotten. Also gives poor and misleading error messages if you type in the wrong thing (suggesting server error when it was user error).

Used to love this app every time i go to use it now its unable to renew my books which has made this app pointless for me

Might be useful if it worked with my local library which I know for certain is using Spydus. Please update the library list or have an open ended way of registering. Couldn't it just use the first few card digits to sort this out?

Renewals don't work anymore. Fairly awful UI.

Can't see my account menu option very clearly.

I enjoyed using this app until it has stopped renewing my child's books! I cannot use this!

Moto G 4G running Android 6 loses account information on next use after loading.

Helps to keep up to date with the loans but work like to be able to search and renew
