My report was closed and NOTHING WAS DONE! If you are going to offer this app to report issues, it would be nice if the problem is taken care before you close it.

Update: App it self seems fine; could use some smoothing out. Interactions are just a bit primitive, but totally fine. City of SeaTac seems to think it's a play tool. There's around there dozen "tests" that aren't closed. While reports will mysteriously close without comment, it appears activity is actually happening in response of reports. Reported an illegal dump via the app, was closed (without any comments of course), and behold, items had been removed.
