Just Terrible. I downloaded the app to view parking. I clicked on the parking option and it took me to a page that told me to download the app... Then when I found a workaround to get to the map, I clicked on a parking area I was interested in and it gave me a street view without any information on the parking area or fees. Completely useless.

You need to make it more mobile friendly when going to recent topics etc instead of it directly going to the website. Make it fit mobile screen devices better so our don't have to turn phone sideways or scroll left to right to read topics. Other than that it's really nice.

I got the Hive Pass and when I received the billing email I was directed to this app, I would find it easier to pay the bill if there was an option? Still trying to figure out hire to pay it. Thank you this app looks awesome otherwise.

Worked just fine for me without any issues. I was reported a rather large pothole on my street and it was fixed by the next day. (Sun-Mon)

App sucks. Really bad. Can't see what you are typing because the keyboard blocks the form you are typing in. It deletes the picture you send. You can't reply when the city marks it closed, even though the issue hasn't been fixed. This app is 30% ready for prime time . That the city uses this Jr high science project. it is an embarrassment.
