Awesome app and a great interactive platform for keeping the city informed. Excellent idea but quite ineffective regarding the cities action...typical of government, lots of empty, unfulfilled promises and lies! Shame on the City of Bakersfield for not following thru on their promises.

I like this app a lot, its so easy to report graffiti, pot holes, problem traffic lights ect. I have seen potholes I reported filled within one week.

Reported a street light stain on 24 /7 that was 3 weeks ago it is still on

Took pictures and gps cords on broken sprinklers, less then 24 hours and they were marked then fixed

I reported August 14 a very large pot hole by my house with enclosed photo. August 18 they are here to repair it, and several other pot holes by it which I hadn't reported. I went and thanked them.
