Miami Trolley

No real time data of trolleys and the new routes (Coconut Grove, Wynwood and Little Havana) are not included.

I'm not sure what is this application for... It is not informative, not user friendly, super slow... As bad as Coral Way trolley service... People giving five stars and saying it is a great app should be kind of genius... Well, even if I sort it highest first it just show one five stars rating, where are the others?

Just recently downloaded the app. 1) Crashes within first 3 minutes of attempted use. 2) Times were not updating for any of the routes listed. 3) Near Me - is this supposed to bring up routes "near me"? If so nothing was showing on the map (zoomed in our out) and I live in the heart of downtown between multiple trolley routes. My biggest dislike is that Miami Dade created ANOTHER app vs integrating this info into the currently MDT Transit app. It makes more sense to have ALL of the cities transportation options incorporated into one app. Visually this app is interesting but would like to use one app vs two to travel the cities public transit options.

This app is one of the worse ones I've seen, it crashes Al the time and it's innacurate most of the time, I don't review alot of apps, bit had to for this one, with GPS and all I don't understand how it can be so inaccurate

Is it that hard to make an app that tells you the accurate arrival time? It doesn't even show you the time anymore! Would be better to delete this app from the store. Miami... Really?

What's the point? The trolley icons don't show up. The ETA doesn't shoe up. The app crashes if you click anything. MDT, fix this app or ditch it.

I have missed the trolley several times because the ETA is not accurate.

It doesn't show the arrival time for any unit. It just promises to do so, but won't do it. Please fix the arrival time to really show it.

It has been like that for over a year now.

Does not work. Like not even once. It serves no purpose but to take up space. I get it. Trolleys are free and so is the app but to think that the city wasted money into paying people to make this gets me mad because it serves no purpose.

I just could not get the times of arrivals for any of the trolleys. It needs to get fixed. And horrible end user experience

The trolleys are not reliable but the app is even worse. The tracking is not correct either.

Hard to understand, even after I clicked on Help.

I waited for 2 hours and your dam trolley did not come at all. This app kept saying ten minutes, it will go down to one,then start again.

Don't get this app it has to be fixed because theres like 6 locations on there

just go to their website on Google search: Miami Dade trolley and go to tracker it shows live feed of where the trolley is

Worst service ever

On a regular basis the app stops working already often. But if you dare to go to settings and dare to make any changes the app will never work again. E en reinstalling dies not solve the problem. Thats quite bad for an app that could be very helpful. Do your homework, developer!

The apps will not load. I reinstalled it many times. I still have the same problem, it would not load. It kept stopping after the tutorial.

As with everything that has to do with public transportation in Miami, this app is c..p. It crashes, gives wrong info. Don't bother installing it

This app crashes of me regularly. Especially when trying to use the map or click on the Near Me option. I truly hope these bugs will get fixed as I depend on this app to get the trolley and get to work on time. I'm on a Galaxy S6 with the latest Android update available.

Not only is it not accurate it crashes went time you try to use it

Terrible. I just downloaded it and it kept crashing. Developers need to work on this, there's people who actually need this app.
