The best way to get your barista to hate you is by using this app. If you're into a plain cup of joe, maybe you'll just get an irritated eyeroll and not a full-on death stare. I'm an espresso drink connoisseur, and the drink I want is likely to not be on the Cups app, or squirreled away in a weird sub-menu. On more than one occasion, the barista and I stared at the app together for a couple minutes before I gave up and paid cash. The ultimate insult is you can't tip with the Cups app in some locations, so have cash handy - or just ditch the app.

Just because we are the home of Starbucks, doesn't mean we don't have a bunch of other great coffee places. You would think that Washington, and Seattle area, would be a top area to partner with, right? I've lost interest in this app, what a waste of time.

This app is very inconvenient to use and is very buggy. It keeps asking me to activate my account even though I activated it before. I've had numerous problems with this app and I finally gave up on it. Perhaps it will be more functional in a future version.

This is the best coffee app ever! It is a truly well-made app for coffee lovers. This app supports independent cafés and their baristas who are passionate about serving a good cup of coffee. Big thanks to the Cups team and hope to see more independent cafés on Cups.

This is only set up in select cities. There are no Texas coffee shops that participate. I would have thought at least one of the major cities would use this.

I've got $5 to spend on coffee if I want to travel 421.6 miles to get it. I'm pretty sure they don't deliver.... Uninstalling.

I find it utterly stupid that I have to travel for 6 hours up to San Jose just to use this app when there are SO MANY independent coffeehouses in Long Beach. Do your research. Uninstalled.

It's a great idea. Easy to use and convenient BUT only for those places that accepts the CUPS app for payment. I went to one of the shops listed in CUPS, placed my order and the minute I showed the app, the barista goes "we don't have that." yeah....

They disabled my account so I can't use the credit I paid for. The app won't let me update or remove the card on file.

When I'm travelling, it may take several days to find a decent coffee shop, even after reading yelp, google maps, etc. This app just knows all the best shops! Truly the lifesaver.

The closest shop to me is 300 miles away. No show in Chicago?
