About CityGuard
CityGuard is a mobile application offered for free to all Abu Dhabi residents, be it UAE nationals, working expatriates or visitors to the Emirate. CityGuard allows the public to report incidents and submit complaints related to the Abu Dhabi Emirate directly to the government. With its slogan "Your City, Your Community, Your App", CityGuard aims to increase civic participation and collaboration between the public and the government to improve the Emirate at all levels.
By using this mobile application, residents can report incidents by taking a photo, recording a video or audio clip and using the CityGuard interactive map to record the exact location of the incident. CityGuard will automatically create a case for the incident with the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre which will promptly assign the case to the appropriate Government Entity for resolution. From "Open" to "Closed", residents can follow their case by using the CityGuard mobile application, going online to http://www.abudhabi.ae, or directly contacting the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre at 800 555 or contact@abudhabi.ae.

Its like a mediator only... no action taking for any cases... just for forwarding cases to certian department we dont need such time waste application. We can submit our case directly to the authorities.

Conceptually great App but in reality app fails to work properly. Very poor support. For several years now and the same technical problems continue to exist. I quit using it already and I recommend everyone to directly call government call center to raises cases.

من الجيد وجود مثل هذه البرامج لتسهيل تفاعل الجماهيل مع الجهات المختصه. ملاحظتي هيه لا وجود لخيار حذف البلاغ في حال عدم ارساله، حيث يجبرك البرنامج على الارسال او الحفظ.

فكرة البرنامج جميلة جدا و لكن يحتاج للكثير من التطوير حيث ان التنفيذ يفتقد للكثير من اساسيات واجهة استخدام البرامج الخدمية للمحمول. يمكنني المساعدة في ذلك و تحويل البرنامج لنقلة نوعية في عالم البرامج الخدمية الذكية و انا مؤهل لذلك. ارجو التواصل معي ان امكن.

I was expecting something better than that. Here is my comments 1- app UI/UX is very week and poor quality. 2- hard to understand 3- based on my experience for sure its not native and its an hybrid app.. (build on cordova) e.g. jquarymobile.. Either way the framework you used is old 4- Framework not following the best practices at all
