I'm switching banks because of all the banks I have this one is the only one I have to constantly reset my user ID and password

This app sucks

The new version as of July, 2016, is terrible. It not only freezes but it locks up my Samsung Galaxy S III. Used previous version for a long time with no trouble.

Instant Balance does work, but the icon is so light you can not see it. If you touch in the top right corner on the login page it will show your balances. The Instant Balance icon should be changed to a different color other than white that will be more visible. Maybe make it green....or black.

Instant balance doesn't work I still have to log in. The app also suddenly stops and gives me phone number to call. Sucks so far.

Can't even get into my account without answering meaningless questions. I wont let me transfer money, what the hell.

Every time you get a new update...it locks up and will note open. So disappointing ! I also use the app for Landmark Bank for my mom's stuff...perhaps they can help teach you how to keep yours from crashing after every update !

For starters this app all sudden stop working completely since i own this phone. This going on 2 weeks now.

Since the last update, it won't even open. Uninstalled it.

After typing in my user name and password I received an error. Can't log on, please fix

There is nowhere to set up your account. I can't even use it.

Will not open at all for me anymore. Been this way for a month now, sent reports, still nothing. Screw it, uninstalling

Loads faster and is very user friendly. Love the new layout.

Needs improvements

This app was minimalistic, which I like, but now there is a constant"Error" message.

It was working perfectly fine but everytime the app has to update, I have to uninstall each time then reinstall it.

I can't even make simple transfers from the app, and I have to go to the website on my computer to even attempt a transfer. This app needs a lot of work.

The new update is crap! I can't even get the log in screen to pop up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and I still end up have to go to the website.. not worth it! I used to love it, please fix it!

Had to uninstall and reinstall thru goggle play. No self service tab on either the new or older version on my Android. Checking on my accounts is better. The knowledge center on mobile app is either not available or non existent as well so is about city cu

The new update removed my shortcut. The app will only allow me to view through maybe 25 prior transactions, unlike before. This update was not good!

Nice to have when your out to verify balance.

All I get is an error message.

Needs improvements

So very basic. Gives info needed, but can't make any changes (account nicknames or such). Also, I HATE that I have to log in every single time I switch my screen. Sometimes I'm writing balances or texting info to husband and need to toggle between screens. A time limit, like the website, would be much better!

Refuses to let me do transactions on my accounts. Also asking questions I never chose to confirm identity. Fix your crap

Recently this app is giving me so many problems and it takes a million years to even login. It's horrible. So many bugs. Needs fixing ASAP!

I switched phones and now I can't6 login to the app. I just get asked security questions over and over. Really inconvenient when I want to transfer money.

Will NOT work on my android after latest update...disappointed

This app is actually the biggest reason I am switching credit unions. It is 2015, apps should not crash and be required to restart, clear cache, and reinstall this often. And for what??? What a minimalist app! It doesn't offer notifications, locations, contact information, etc. It literally has two jobs, Tyrone. Display bank account information and offer transfers. This is a child's painting compared to Bank of America.

For the love of all that is Android, please update this app to Material Design guidelines. Such an eyesore looking at this app in my app drawer.

Every time I open the application, it give me an error saying that the app has suddenly stopped close app.

I keep getting an error message so I have to delete the app and then reinstall every time I want to use it.

Ask same security questions over and over

It will not down load

When trying to log in, it keeps asking the security questions over and over..I can't even get to the point of putting my password in.
