يقدم تطبيق بلدية غزة مجموعة من الخدمات لسكان المدينة ومشتركي فاتورة الخدمات؛ لتسهيل التواصل مع الجمهور وتمكينهم من الحصول على المعلومات التي تهمهم، و التفاعل مع البلدية.
أهم الخدمات التي يقدمها التطبيق:
1. شكاوي و اقتراحات: تتيح للمشترك إمكانية التقدم بشكوى أو اقتراح للبلدية، و الحصول على رد من البلدية.
2. اعرف فاتورتك: تتيح للمشترك الحصول على تفاصيل فاتورته الشهرية، كما تمكنه من تزويد البلدية بقراءة عداد المياه الخاص به دورياً.
3. دليل الإجراءات: تتيح إمكانية معرفة الإجراءات المطلوبة للحصول على خدمات البلدية.
4. الأخبار و الإعلانات: تتيح إمكانية معرفة آخر أخبار و مشاريع و إعلانات البلدية.
5. أرقام تهمك: تتيح للمشترك الحصول على الأرقام الهاتفية و مواقع التواصل الخاصة بالبلدية، للتواصل بشكل مباشر على مفاصل البلدية و مقدمي الخدمات.
6. تقديم معاملة: تتيح للمشترك تقديم بعض معاملاته و التعرف إلى أين وصلت في دوائر البلدية، وهي خدمة قيد التأسيس.
