Cube Bills: Simple Payments

Initially the credit card payment was successful through this app and was also successfully deducted from my savings account. After 10 days and I receive a call from credit card company that I have not made the payment..which surprised me. The payment had failed but eventually the amount was refunded by cube team. I made another payment to the cedit card company through other mode. Avoid making payments on due date by this app. Be assured that Cube will not cheat you in terms of money.

My last two recharge went in vain but money lost. I have mailed them but didn't get any response yet. I had a lot of faith in cube but now gone.

I have been using Citrus Cube since long & when I last transected on that I have INR 100 Credit in my wallet but after it changed to MY CUBE when I upgrade the App I haven't find any credit amount & lost my Balance. This is totally Unfair & Improper means. I really felt like being Cheated & never recommand any one to go for this App.

You can't make a payment at all now to a credit card... That's what they have done.. have to uninstall it soon if this remains the same.. it's of no use then.

It won't let me recharge any mobile number... Keeps on prompting enter a valid number.. tried 10 numbers... All are invalid according to this app.. I give it a 0

I have recharged my mobile using cube Rs 550 but the transaction was failure,you took the amount I have mailed multiple times no response from your side,why are u providing mail I'd, Don't you have contact number for your company,Are you think users are foolers like that

Hi sir i was recharge my dish tv of 370 but balance deducted from account and recharge not done ...we hv no option for complaint this app ..pls suggest me how can i complaint

When ever I'm trying to withdraw my citrus into my bank account for otp is coming from there side I tried continuously 2 days but I'm not getting otp.

I use this app and it's previous versions only to pay my credit card bill and mobile recharge, till date I didn't face any problem.

Once again I would like to remind you that still I had not received my money of Rs 1170 which was deducted on 19/06/16from my account n reliance energy bill transaction failed show I also mailed you twice but there is no reply kindly suggest me for what to do, only one mail I received from your side that I will get refund within 7 working day but today is 11th day I didnt received money back in my account reply me as soon as possible

Hello Team, in my cube account 100 Rs.but today i check it is now nill i have never used. How can it possible ? what ever issue i don't know.Please return my 100 Rs which deducted from my account without any intimation.

It's been 4 days I have paid my Electricity bill money has got deducted but not reflecting in my Electricity department....These guys are also not replying to the mails..They also don't have customer care number....its is a fraud app....please don't install n use..Thanks

Such a worst app is this. It's third party app such a fully faltu. I was made a payment of electry city bill and Mobile bill in month of April but still it's not reflect in vendors side. I m facing such a various problem. Please do not download for your time saving.

Where is my wallet balance? I don't understand why there's no reply to emails. This is the second time I am facing an issue. Thoroughly disappointed!

Good app. UI is also nice. But Money adding/loading option is removed, So it is not good. If possible plz put the option again...!

Poor work for this version, after detection of balance from ATM its transection is fail.

There was some money in my wallet (citrus)and now I cannot pay through this app..they say we can check the wallet by citrus wallet app.but there is no such app....this is the worst app I have ever seen......

There is no option of Bill Payment through PayZapp, PayuMoney or Mobikwik Wallet as claimed by u despite installing latest version of App. Shows only Card & NetBanking as mode of payment.
