Prioritize Me! - Goals & Todos for Android
Excellent Idea. As simple as I'd love it to be. Very fast. Suggestion: Add function where after tasks are prioritized, allow manual modifications. Sometimes we can't think of all tasks right away. They need to be added later. When I add 1 task after prioritizing 15, it leads through the whole process again. And then I think of 1 more task and have to do entire set yet again. Its time consuming. I will keep it f now w hope on update bcs I like it, but can't use it. If PRO has the manual function, pls inform.
I was confused at 1st. But it's really cool if you have a lot of important things to do it's easy to be intimated and try to look at everything at once. This app helps you by directly asking you which 1 of only 2 things at a time is more important, goes down your list and prioritizes accordingly. It's intuitive, simple and easy.
Does not allow you to go back to change how you prioritized the item if you made a mistake, not does it allow you to drag and drop items in a list. Cannot handle lengthy lists. Keyboard also gets in way of viewing list, because you cannot minimize the keyboard. Continual requests to "rate 5 stars" by app each time you open a list.
Finally an app that can organize the garbled mess that ideas my brain. Simply looking at a list of things to do and trying to prioritize them has always been a trial for me (ADHD). After going through this process the app gets it right 90% of the time. How cool is that?
It definitely helps me to get things done-when I finally get around to using it. It needs something though. Not quite sure what, but I'll let you know, when I remember.
Finally, an app that helps people to prioritize the things to do by first things first. It was easy to do it for the first time and prioritize each based on my values and needs. Let's see how it goes after.
Every time you open it there's a very intrusive "like our app" pop-up. I haven't even had the chance to use it yet! Will it stop now? If not, I may consider uninstalling. How do I stop it? Update: it hasn't stopped! It would also be better it there was a drop n drag feature. Having to reprioritize the entire list after adding 1 task is ridiculous.
Just went through my first task prioritization, so I will know more as I use. It would be nice if it it waited until you had used for at least a few days before prompting you to rate it.
Sometimes you need to compare tasks directly to each other to keep you from getting distracted by whatever is yelling loudest at the moment.
Using speech to text I flew thru pages and a million post it notes of hastily noted lists and reminders!! SO Fast! Super easy to prioritize by asking what's more important? and comparing two list items! I highly recommend!!
Too persistent asking for a rating. I don't like submitting feedback, sorry. Otherwise a good app. Change that and I'll change my rating. Edit - still asking for a rating, considering uninstall now.
First use of app! Installed-ok, entered lots of tasks-ok, spend the time and followed the prompt to prioritize -ok, When this was completed, the app prompted to Rate it and wiped all information entered!!! This is not what I would call a good app :(
You can't ADD a new item without prioritising EVERY SINGLE ITEM again !! Why can't I just compare the NEW item against the existing ones? I already compared everything else! This is the problem with every one of these apps. The first developer to include this OBVIOUS feature will win everyone's dollars. I'd pay $10. A $15 competitor doesn't even do it ! (Would also be good to be able manually reorder tasks too, when you're done with comparisons)
The ability to rename a list title (once you name a list you can't edit the name) (bug!) and the ability to drag or move added items up and down in the list without a full reprioritize.
Makes it possible to quickly sort a to do list by what really is important... clears all the noise in your head about where to start on a list. Thanks!
This is really quick and easy way to prioritise my day's list of tasks. I am able to gain clarity on what task or action would add most value and which one doesn't. It reduces a lot of stress. The best part for me is that it's quick.
Very clever little math trick has you only choose 1 out of 2 tasks from your list at a time until, poof, you have your priorities laid out. Feels intuitive and takes the guess work out of trying to organize your whole list at once.
Easy to navigate and very simple but needs improvements in some areas. There's no drag and drop option, so reordering your priorities is very time-consuming
Instead of having a list of jumbled tasks this app helps me put my tasks in order!! It keeps me from losing my time!
Hopefully it stops asking me to rate it every time I look at a task. I haven't really had a real opportunity to use it. But so far I like the way it looks
As someone who has struggled with ADHD their entire childhood and well into their adult life seeing as I am now 30 years old I find it very hard to prioritize my to do list so if I have a 50 things I need to get done over the course of a week I might end up doing those things that really don't matter as much as what I saved to the end, prioritize me keeps me on track!
Easy way to thoroughly prioritize your tasks. Only small issues are constantly requesting a rating and no undo on deletes.
I have ADHD and basically do not "get" prioritizing. This app appears to be a great solution, helping my brain to do the work to sort and create a list of priorities, since priorities make about as much intuitive sense to me as quantum physics. So yeah! Love the app's concept, hope it will help, and annoying it prompts you to rate so much when you've had zero time to use it, so this is what you get.
An app that does something useful that not many apps seem to do - pairwise comparison. However it's a bit too simple: for example SURELY the user should be able to drag and drop items in the resulting list to manually sort them if they wish. (Not everything is done 'rationally' - sometimes intuition must play a role.) Otherwise it's just not a real priority app is it?....This could be vastly enhanced also if you had the option of having a SECOND round of comparisons, comparing for URGENCY. And then combined the scores. Then it would be truly awesome and powerful. Also: does this app actually FORGET and DESTROY the list if you don't have premium? If so, that's rotten. I thought about buying this but it's so basic it almost seems like a first-attempt teaser. Frankly if I do buy it and find no manual sort, I'll be seeking a refund immediately. Because I won't be able to USE it for the required job: prioritising!
I like it. It demands that I rate it right away, so I did. As far as I can tell, you had a bunch of things under a category, it asks you to compare two repeatedly until your priority is in order. Seems simple enough. It will take time to see if it helps me.
This is just what I was looking for! It simply compares different tasks and then decides what the priority for each is. There would be some nice additions such as being able to send to more programs or integration with iftt t but for a simple purpose it definitely does its job, and it is definitely unique. Hoping to see a Windows or web app that is compatible but great job
It's nearly perfect. Here's what will make it so: 1. Don't include checked-as-done tasks as part of the prioritization cycle. It's done. It is therefore not priority. It should be automatically reverted to the bottom. 2. Dated archive. It's helpful to know how much you're getting done. 3. Repeatability. I need to do dishes everyday. I'd like to have the option to refresh the check. Maybe even every hour (a bit ambitious). But as it stands, the checkmark is little more than a visual nuisance.
Straightforward design and concept, way better than all those goofy over complicated apps. I love that it helps me prioritize! Best app of this kind so far. 4 stars just because the pro version is $6 with minimal change.
This is the first day I've used this. For all I know it sucks, but hopefully rating will stop it from bothering me
This is obviously not a good app. The set up is super annoying. It asks like a million questions to prioritize the task or goals. I had like a list of 10 and it asked me like 30 questions in order to determine the order. Very stupid.
The app asks us to rate it even when we open it for the very first time. It reminds us to rate every time we enter a task. Since you are so desperate to be rated here my rating: your app sucks..
I love the idea of this app. It's exactly what I've needed for years. I was disappointed when I had two more things to add to my list and it wouldn't let me add them. Other than that, love it.

Very nice app. Simple yet powerful. Suggestuon: How about adding a target date/time to each goal, which ll keep reminding about things. Pls include this feature.
It i like how it does the prioritizing part but after that there is just a list with no other options or description for further detail. It needs a lot of work. And there is no timeline or calendar either
Simple. Easy to use. Does exactly what I need it to. I would even pay for the upgraded version, so I can have more than 3 lists. However, Psych Experts rrport that when working towards goals - 3 - is the maximum number any 1 person should take on at one time, to ensure successful & prevent overload. So - even the FREE App is set up for Success!!! Thanks for Making this super easy, awesome, Free App.
Makes it easy to prioritize by asking series of questions. However, it may become tedious if we have too many things to prioritize.
- should allow for manual moving of individual priorities up and down the list, a better algorithm for reprioritizatiin so you don't have to go through entire list again, and there is a bug in the list name edit function....UPDATE also endlessly asks for feedback each time you launch the app....forced to submit feedback to unspecified location or rate 5 stars....very unprofessional.
There's always room for improvement that's why I have it four stars

I love having separate lists of prioratised items. Its been very handy in helping me satisfactorily decide what to do. It removes stress from decision making. One suggested improvement would be to have a button to switch to editing mode instead of being able to accidentally edit or delete any time. Also, plz make it so the title can be changed any time and additional tasks can be added after u have already prioratised.
