Citrus - UPI, Wallet & Pay Later via LazyPay

Fraud company. Spoiling the name of payu. I had recieved 2 payments of 98k and 85k but the amount is still not transferred into my account. I send them mail also ticket id is 01649748. Mr sayak chaterjee told the amount will ne credited within 24 hours but its 10 days gone.they not replying also.I am in big trouble. I am going to lodge FIR in police station.

Very poor customer resolution. My ticket number of 01681972 has still not been resolved. Nobody has replied to my email. They do not have a customer care number. I agree with the previous review that this is a fraud company. There has to be some way to contact them to which they actually reply to. If one has to run after one's money then it doesn't make sense to use it.

Worst app my withdrawal payments of ₹ 10000 are shown sucessfull and money debited from wallet but till now no money is credited to my bank account ,it had many days passed but amount is neither added to bank account nor returned back to wallet... Thanks citrus team and Udit , I got my money back in my source bank account . This rebuilt my trust more stronger in citrus .

Worst wallet I have ever seen! Transferred 5000 from wallet but not yet reflected in my account! And that " need help " space was awesome, no one will reply you der! You guys are cheating everyone!! ????????????

This is a very very worst app. Please dont use. I have requested 5k my friend account debited My account not credit till now more than six day. Not available for customer care no and mail communication also not respond

It's cheating app my customer transferred 1580rs before 1week but still it's not credited to my account I sent mail more than 5 times but didnt get reply... Plz don't install this app it's cheating our money

An amount of Rs. 6000/- has been transferred from my wallet to Hdfc bank on 20 November 2017, but still the amount hasn't made its way to my bank account neither the amount has been refunded to my wallet and it's been almost a month now. I have sent many emails but had no response, ticket ID for your reference is 01694165. If my money is not returned I'd have to proceed with legal assistance. Regards, Vinay

This is the worst app ever.. My friend sent money to my citrus wallet since 2weeks back but till now i didn't get my money... Stupid app I hate this app... I want my money immediately otherwise???? i will take serious action..

Very bad app I've ever seen. Transection done by 17/11/17 till now payment not received. There is no customer care service provided by you. It's very disgusting. I need my money back

Froud app I had done transection of fundtransfer for INR 3300/- but that transection get failed due to transfer limit and as per their policy money credited to the source account but it's already more than 4 months but i didn't get my refund,citrus says we paid please contact your bank wirh our reference number and my bank says we didn't received any kind of payment and even we can't say the status for incoming fund better contact the dipositor. So this company is fully froude they will take your mone....cheaters.... don't trust them....never....

Worest app, fraud app... It holds your money , if you topup any amount of money and after that if you send it to your bank account, then it will show successful transaction in your wallet, but actually you il not get your money into your sent bank account, they holds long time your money, and takes 20-30 days after lots of email and complaints... They want you to forget blabout your money, so that they grab your money permanently

This is too much you people are doing, is this the way behave or respect your customers..? I have made three transactions in a day i.e. on 11/12/2017 with my credit card (Rs.100/- Rs.100/- and Rs.5000/- with transaction numbers- 5b67355, e10a44 and 69f009) and notification has come as withdrawal of Rs.100/- Rs.100/- and Rs.5000/- with transaction numbers- 9f05e141, 361ce53, and 8745811 with payment mode CITRUS. Now the total amount of Rs.5200/- did not come into my SBI account which is linked to CITRUS app, and even it is not there in my wallet too. You told us that it will take two days to transfer the amount into the account but i have awaited for four days. Now where is the money, where you have transferred to? I have given a complaint to you through the mobile app but there is no reply from your people to my mail. Still waiting for your reply...!

Very worst wallet I have ever experienced I transferred rs 3000 to bank from wallet on 19th November but amount not credited to bank. Raised multiple query through Email no one is interested to respond I am planning to visit Bangalore branch once and then file FIR on this fraud company Friends I would suggest not to use this useless wallet and get into trouble Please don't try to reply which is meaningless.

Deposited 5000 in the wallet and then transferred to my bank account but after 7 days the amount is not yet reflecting in the account. Also the Need help option is waste. Written multiple times on the need help page but not a single reply got. Pathetic app and most worst service.

I transferred 2800 amount.date 18-11-2017.over the 16 Days completed.But till I didn't get my amount.I was sent more than 10 mail's.But No positive response.Now I will consult cyber crime.My point of view it's right way

Worst app as application saying that your money got tansferred to bank account as requested on 28th nov and on 29th sms recieved as transfer got failed due to exceeding of monthly limit. And now after 10 days still it didn't came to my wallet. DON'T TRY THIS APP GUYS...
