DESCRIPTION
The GoToAssist (Customer) app allows GoToAssist Remote Support technicians to provide full screen sharing, remote control, chat support, and camera sharing (live camera streaming from your device to your support technician) for LG mobile devices running Android OS versions 4.2 and higher. Also provides screen sharing (without remote control) for devices running Android 5.x (Lollipop).
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Download and install the GoToAssist (Customer) app.
2. If you received a URL from a GoToAssist Remote Support technician, select the URL to automatically populate the app with the required 9-digit support key. If the app is not already installed, you will be prompted to install it first. Once installed, select the URL again to auto-populate the 9-digit support key, and then touch 'Join Session' to start the support session.
3. If you received a 9-digit support key from a GoToAssist Remote Support technician, start the app, enter the 9-digit support key, and then touch 'Join Session' to start the support session.
4. With your consent, the technician will have full remote control of the device and will be able to chat securely with you. Touch the exit button to end the session anytime.

Application technically works but the refresh rate is slower than molasses. Just barely north of unusable. Brings back memories from the days of remote support over dial-up networking. Keep your stress ball close at hand if you need to rely on this app. Devices connected to Gigabit Internet over 802.11ac WiFi are just as slow as 4G connections.

Latest build of GoToAssist (customer) crashes every freakin' time on Samsung Galaxy S7 (Verizon). Deactivated admin rights, uninstalled, reinstalled, re-verified all permissions granted, still crashes. Used to on LG G3, V10, and old Samsung Galaxy S5, but now it just crashes every time.

I used their services an their English is so bad that when they told me the price it sounded like 19.99 and in the end they charged me 99.99. They didn't care that I couldn't understand them an they charged me anyway.
