GoToAssist (Remote Support)

I can log in but when I click on unattended support it tries to load for about 30 seconds then goes back to the log in screen. Havent been able to work remotely for months!

Finally! New update resolved this issue. ==> After the update i never had success connecting to unattended devices. My video apps affected displaying blank screen.

Cannot control Android devices with Marshmallow. Is this by design? Worked fine up to Marshmallow.

Great remote support app

Same issue as Ric f. When I connect to Unattended the screen is always blank. Can't support my customers from a mobile device anymore. Pixel XL, LG V20, Nexus 6P, iPhone 7+ all have the same issue.

Can anyone explain how to take unattended support?

Works very well for supporting other Android phones. See everything happening on the other phone while you're working with them on the phone.

Works great after the update.

Pretty good remote machine interaction. Sometimes will not send key presses, but this is now minor issue.

No longer get to use the android app since our company implemented the single sign on.

Was a great app but since latest update keyboard doesn't function correctly in landscape mode and screen is black when selecting keyboard.

Hello the app tells me to update but every time I do it says uninstall or open. Not good to use until fixed

Easy to use and excellent features.

This app does a very poor job of taking advantage of a mouse if you have one. Right-click does not function at all. It does not seem to track the mouse at all except at the moment of making a left-click. You can't even use scrollbars as it simply scrolls your view of the remote screen instead of registering that you want to scroll the scrollbar. Speaking of scrolling the screen, why is there no option to scale it to fit? I know that not everyone has access to set up a port-forward but I wish that Citrix would check out bVNC and aRDP for a much better user interface on Android.

This app has the potential to rock and I imagine at some point will very much facilitate our ability to service our clients. However there is a glaring problem that makes it a showstopper - the keyboard is essentially nonfunctional. When the keyboard is toggled on, I cannot change it to the numerical/special character mode. If this issue gets fixed it would easily rate 5 stars.

T-Mobile LG Optimus L90

-no android to android remote control and support (moto g 1st generation 4.4.4), I WANT TO SEE THE FULL SCREEN OF THE OTHER PERSON AND GET UNATTENDED ACCESS.

I used this in a recent job. The "approved" software was never available because the company only had 2 licenses. I had this and used it FREQUENTLY on my tablet to shadow Windows computers to assist with problems while researching issues and taking notes on my Windows laptop (second screen and I can see the affected machine and resolution at the same time). It works really well and is easy to use. I definitely recommend.

Great app if it would work. We have been waiting the arrival of this app and are severely disappointed as the on-screen keyboard does not EVER open, nor can you type capital letters with the physical keyboard on the Droid 4. Logging onto machines with caps in the password is impossible unless using Microsoft's Ease of Access.

Need to practice but this tool is a nice addition. I can now support a pc without a computer from my xoom tablet.

I could connect to both attended and unattended computers and the app runs stable and smooth on my galaxy tab running under Android 4.0, that's great.

Works great. Not obvious to access unattended sessions via icon in upper right. On Droid 2, must close keyboard and use screen keyboard to log on to Windows.

There is a reviewer that says they don't have access to unattended machines but that is NOT the case... unless you need a corporate plan for this option. The button is on the top right of the "Start new session" screen. The video quality is very nice and the response is quick even over 3g. I can see this app being very helpful for viewing on the road (Support) more than data entry but that is considering I use it on a phone. The one issue I have is my keyboard (Swift key X) does disappear quite a bit in landscape. I use portrait for all my data entry and that seems to work a lot better! I have trouble getting the keyboard to come up with the droid bionic. We have multiple paid Goto Assist Express accounts, but we cannot access unattended computers with this app. The ones we have set up simply do not appear in asap. Please fix these issues and I will upgrade my rating 5.

Works with HTC EVO 4G and HP Touchpad. Everything is working great. Only thing that is annoying is the screen timeout for android. Need to keep screen active.

When will you offer unattended PC support. You also have a one hour limit on no activity session... way too short.

I can access unattended computers but it doesn't cache the passwords. I don't have access to many of the passwords for my clients login. The login asks for the password with no option to use the stored password like it does on the PC version.
