Great way to communicate. .
Will not download.
-no android to android remote control and support (moto g 1st generation 4.4.4), I WANT TO SEE THE FULL SCREEN OF THE OTHER PERSON AND GET UNATTENDED ACCESS.
I'd love this, but my Motorola Droid Turbo won't do screen sharing and the Nexus 10 with Lolipop crashes every time I give it a support key.
Crashes with Android 5 (lollypop), please provide a fix.
the camera support thing may have a use... but besides that, I can't imagine why this was even released. you can't do any actual android support... nothing useful anyway.
I am a sales person using it as a simple mirror to my Windows PC from my Android Mobile phone ( SSnote2). I have used other "FREE" sw and even other purchase apps but all seem to crap out after an update. Now using Android Verizon OS 4.4.2 with this and all works fine to mirror onto my Win PC for Webex demo's. Cross your fingers it maintains and works.
The annual cost is worth the money

Great app but falls over as been Samsung only as we have a Sony Z phones!! Still no support for any other make!
I tested on new out of the box ATT Samsung S4 and all I get is "Screen Sharing Unavailable Your customer's device dose not support screen sharing." Nice try but no cigar:-( UPDATE****** OK now after uninstalling and reinstating it works. It crashed on my first test but worked ok on the 2nd I tested with phone connected to WiFi Screen updates are slow but this is a great start and should be very useful I look forward to continued improvements. Move you to 3 stars work on screen update speed and you will have a winner
Would be even more useful if this worked on the other major manufacturers, HTC, LG, Sony etc!
Why you support only Samsung devices for full screen sharing? It's useless if you can chat only..
I received an email from GoToAssist saying they now offer full screen sharing and remote control of Samsung Android mobile devices. Decided to try it again before inviting a customer. Glad I tried it before I embarrassed myself in a support call again. Still doesn't work with Galaxy S4.
Thanks this is great. Would love unattended and more devices but this is an awesome start.
What the heck is chatting going to do for me....lol. the user can just call me and tell me what they see. Citrix, you need to come up with an app to remotely view droids.
Works for me
