App serves it's purpose but it needs some serious refinement.

Closes out EVER TIME

I can get into my regular bank account but when I try to deposit a check it says the information is not valid. Have tried numerous times to make a deposit to no avail.

I use it to check on my transaction history and current balance. Works very well for those things.

I appreciate the effort verve makes to keep my information secure but the fact that to do a mobile deposit requires me to login again seems like overkill. If that's the route your going to go I get it but maybe add a quick login option like a finger print scanning to make things quicker when we login. I also feel that the app is cluttered and doesn't flow very well. If you want a good example of a great mobile banking app experince check out the USAA app.

Like being able to cash a check just by taking a picture of it

App isn't bad otherwise, but crashes so much it's very frustrating to use! It seemed to work fine when it was just Lake View Credit union.

Hate this app! Crashes often. Can make it crash just by long pressing in username or password field (to paste from password safe)

I love that there is an app available, BUT it takes several tries to even see my balance, and then the actual bank activity is another 3-4 log ins. Extremely frustrating app.

Every day when I log on to the verve app ((easy login process)) , do my banking then try to log off, it's getting out of the app that I have issues with. I am forced to do a phone restart. Up until about 3 weeks ago I was still using the community credit union app that just transferred over to verve, but once that was disconnected I had to install verve app. Since then, I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it about 4 times. No luck. Still can't exit the verve app.

Over and over. Passwords are way complex and you need to type ur user name. Passwords and questions and click on wrong thing and your typing them agaim i spent 10 mins just retying stuff .......almost 2 year later update has improved. I still think once i prove my phone is mine i enjoy the 4 digt pin like my discover card app uses.. update 1 star to 4

Frequently crashes for various reasons. Requires separate account for mobile deposit/banking. Generally slow.

Non stop login prompts, no way to remember credentials like the rep told us there would be. Get prompted for user, pass and sec question upon every login.

Crashed before I could even type in my login. No programming for easy login. (Verve should look at capital ones app, or credit karma or any other bank....get on a platform like that). Glad it's not my main checking acct...or I'd be screwed.

Very poor. Not easy to use at all.

This app looks like it was designed for devices running Gingerbread. Who the hell was hired to develop this steaming pile of crap?

Mobile deposit requires a different login instead of single sign on once in app. Auto focus is designed for iOS not Android on mobile deposit. I use US Bank for my business account and much rather pay 50 cents per deposit that actually works. Instead it takes 10 minutes to deposit one check and find out the next day that it was declined due to image being unreadable. Also when you log into banking section then go to mobile deposit then back to banking again it forces you to login a 2nd time.

Changed from 1 star to 5 stars. App was not working for me. My local branch was very attentive to fixing the issue and bent over backwards to find a solution for my particular phone. Thank You Verve. Love It Again!

New app no longer accepts photos from my smartphone

Every single time. "Verve has stopped working " couldn't be a more appropriate way of saying it.

I live outside of Wisconsin and keep this account because of the ability to do mobile deposit but now even that doesn't work and constantly crashes. If I can't deposit, I will have to close my account.

It would be a very useful app to see my balance and make mobile deposits... If i could. Whenever i take a picture of the check the app crashes. Please fix this

Won't let me do a mobile deposit, I take a pic for the front of the check and always ends up in the back of check picture spot

Its really slow and when i try and open it to log in i cnt get to the log in page it black and makes my screen flicker. I cnt even check anything. Grrrrr

Having to retype username password and secret questions when youre routinely navigating through the app is very disappointing, it's to the point where I will change institutions as I rely heavily on using the app for my banking. The app looks easy enough to use but the hassle to use it is not worth it.

im sick of having to log in over and over and entering my log in info.

Really crashed my phone bad. Wiped out all apps. Can't reinstall. Plus the app was a terrible design. Hit the wrong button and your out completely then have to go through the login again. Might have to take my business elsewhere because I need a good app to monitor all of my accounts. Not good

Everything time I try to open the app the screen goes black, then approximately 3-5 minutes later the app comes up and I am able to type the username etc. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. If I could select negative stars I would!

Just a basic app. No credit card access, no bill pay. Separate login for deposit. Every time you change menus, you have to log in again . A big downside is the mobile deposit will not work on rooted devices.

Whenever I try to remote deposit the app crashes. On magical days when the stars align and I get the okay from a mystical force, then and only then can I remote deposit. Fix please and I'll be 100% happy.

They should have left well enough alone with the citizens first credit union app, it opened and was user friendly. It's a rare occasion when this app will open and like the desktop version, it's not as user friendly as the previous version.

You have to keep entering your username and password.

Not helpful for anything other than a balance check or a current transaction. Deposit doesn't work, can't transfer money. Basically avoid it if I can! A let down!!!!

Crashes every single time. I see the login screen (which can't remember user names/passwords) and "Unfortunately Verve has stopped" far more often than I see anything helpful on the app. Going back to Capital One.
