CCFBANK Mobile

Some how, they can't manage to run a mobile app that let's you log in. RCU'S app works every time. I've installed and uninstalled this app at least 10 times in the last 6 months. Uninstalled today for the last time. It's easier to just bank elsewhere.

I never was able to log in all day yesterday, called and received a new password..doesn't work. Tried to call when I came home and no lines were open. Wanted to deposit a check and here it sits...very frustrated

Constant problems with the login. It's says that my credentials are wrong and when I change the password I still can not log in. Please fix that issue

I opened this checking and savings at my local Walmart I was never able to sign in to my account then they moved 2 hours away without notifying me they walked me through the very first sign in for the first time after 6 months and now I can't sign in again I tried to do an online purchase it was denied they called me asked me if I did the purchase I said yes they still denied it I've already paid them $30 in fees for a count I've never been able to use unless I want to drive 2 hours to get my money which it looks like that's what I'm going to have to do because this is all bullshit oh and I did try the ATM the card and they said oh yeah you can get your money that way instead of having to drive 2 hours out here more bullshit

I have never had any problems with this app but now it has not worked for over a week I have reported it several time uninstalled and reinstalled several times and restarted. I am super irritated at this point.

Always has a system error. Worked fine on my last phone. Same model phone can't get it to work. Even tried downloading it from the bank website.

I try to deposits checks but it always says the picture of the back isn't clear enough, no matter how clear it is

This app works when it wants which is very frustrating!

Bank charged me 35.00 fee for savings account because of a 30 cent draft on my account which put me negitive. Wouldn't even give me a break.

The app is very poor times out its faster to use the Telebank if you want to know what your account is at

I like that it has everything big so its easy to see, but more options within the app world be nice. I'm just glad CCF finally got an app....thanks.
