Album Art Grabber

Doesn't always find album art covers and you really have to scroll through the artists albums until you find the one. That is especially frustrating for anyone who listens to non-mainstream music such as alternative or some rock. This really works better for hip hop or pop in my opinion. However, you still have the choice of selecting a cover from your library of pictures. Therefore, you can predownload them from google. A plus to doing so is having all your covers organized where they can be retrieved.

I love music, and for me, my collection isn't complete without the album art! I painstakingly got every cover for my songs (over 1000) in iTunes a long time ago. This obviously worked on my iPods, but unfortunately, very few moved onto my phone. This app is extremely fast, and totally painless. There's still quite a few albums this app couldn't find art for, but if I look into it maybe I can fix that. It still found over 75% of them, and for free!

I've been searching for so long for an easy way to download an album cover onto an album. This (as far as I have seen) works perfectly. It's not just new stuff either, it can find older album covers too and provides high quality images. 5/5 well done!

Very useful app for grabbing missing album artwork for music on your phone. The only thing is that sometimes, you have to download the artwork yourself if it cannot find it, or would have to save the image to your SD card. But very good app overall!

The best free album cover downloader I have ever seen in the world!! It's very easy to grab the album art automatically & and manually for each track with beautiful interface. Fast & accuracy of this app makes it worthy to download for users that love album art cover. In my experience I have never found an app equal to this. Thanks to Mr Tim Clark & his team.

It found about half of my album covers but the other half it completely does not recognize. Hmm but i like it because i lets me delete the previously wrong cover art and its a fast process. But please, i hope they will be able to recognize different albums cuz most of mine are blank :/

An easy, straightforward app. I really like that it can pull photos from my SD card, that way I can download obscure album art myself and apply it. The app has crashed on me once, but it seems mostly stable. No data lost in the crash either, I just restarted it and it worked fine after that.

I'm giving this app 4 stars due to the fact that yes it finds exactly what I'm looking for in terms of musical artwork for my albums. But when 2 week or so goes by, the artwork vanishes and I have to get it again? This will be a 5* app if this issue is resolved! :)

Exactly what I wanted for my galaxy. Easy to use, saves to SD card. Even the ads are unobtrusive, just a bottom banner. Only issue is trouble finding bands with hyphens or multiple names like blink 182 or run dmc

I am a musicoholic, I'm always listening to music. I also play a game on my phone with my music where I can have the album art work as the background. I hate playing with a blank background. This app is lovely, I have had it one and off (space issues on phone) and I love that all my art work stays. Thank you so much for this app.

App is great. I like that I can search for certain songs or albums. Only problem is that after I set an album image, that image is then transfered to every new song I add to my phone. Also, not every song in my library gets pulled up in the search menu. Fix those and I'll buy the app.

It finds all the art fine initially but after going back into the app, all your previously found art disappears again. Judging by the developers own forums this is a well known issue. Get it fixed!

It finds the majority of album covers but if the title is downloaded incorrectly then the app can't really find it. Note : if you have Google Play you have to go into 'application manager' select 'google play' then select 'clear data ' in order for changes to take place. This will delete ur playlists and possibly some songs but the album artwork will change to what the app found for it or what you selected for it.

So easy. Fixed issue of wrong album art showing after sync from pc. Regardless how many times I stripped the data and updated with fresh art old images kept coming back. Three clicks with this app and it's sorted. Wish I'd known about two weeks ago.

This was the first "grabber" I tried and found absolutely no reason to keep looking. Worked great on both 4.1 and 5,1. Can't expect any "grabber" to get 100% of your album art, and more than likely those that aren't found are either improperly tagged, or really obscure. If it doesn't find an image you've always got the option to put an image into your gallery and point towards that.

High 'A' here; I was surprised how much the absent of album art on the recordings actually bugged me before. AAG fixed the trouble brilliantly. Every playlist, album and song looks just so neat in the player now. Feels like a methaphorical little itch finally being scratched, heh. Especially love the ability to use images previously saved on my device. Good? Great!

After I got all my missing album art cover, suddenly they are all gone when I tried to kill the app using clean master. However, I found out that the same thing happens to every album art grabber out there. So far this is the best album art downloader in google app store.

So quick and easy. Has about 75% accuracy. It might find the right band but wrong cover, but then you just tap the album and find it from a list yourself. Whoever made this app, thanks a bunch!

Just synced a bunch of music to my phone and a lot of albums didn't have artwork. I downloaded this to see if it could save some time and it definitely did. Now everything in my library has album art and not having it is a big peeve for me

Big Problem! Was working fine, now resets about 2/3 of my album covers to blank. Every time I update the covers, it resets it again when I close the app. Also, it won't fetch new covers automatically like it used to. Please fix soon, it was a great and useful app before.

Terrible. Just downloaded it. I have all these Aerosmith songs and the art cover is a black rapper with dreadlocks. Huh! Worst of all, I can't find or search for the songs in this stupid App. There is no search offered, no menu, no settings. Imagine having to scroll through 1000 songs to find 1. And I still can't find or edit the Aerosmith art. Just a piece of crap app.

All my music had a scary as eff picture of Chica (Living Tombstones "Five Nights at Freddy's" was my first downloaded song). Now, I can listen to my music without the nightmares! Easy to use and it's great that I can use my own pics!

Why is doesnt show all my songs? It only shows song that have album title. Please fix this. I really love this app but this is my problem. I hope you can fix this :)

My music Downloader never downloads the album art and I usually download the art from the Internet and put it on the song. Edit: so after having the app for a few days I realized my album covers started to disappear on about a third of my songs. Extremely annoying therefore my ranking of 5 goes down to a 3.

Im using s7 edge, i used to have this and it works perfectly fine. Any idea to fix this? I'll add 2 more stars if the problem is solved

After trying 2 utterly useless so called album art downloaders I tried this one. Out of 54 missing covers it successfully found 52 including a few fairly obscure ones too. Well worth downloading if you don't want to manually trawl for missing covers.

Downloaded it despite everyone's complaints about it grabbing the incorrect album art from other songs. Now I can't figure out how to fix it and it looks really ridiculous to have Simple Minds cover art on a NIN song. Had to uninstall.

If you listen to really popular music it will find the artwork in a snap. There's a feature to add artwork from the gallery on your phone. This does not work.

Useless. Was great but no longer runs

The app downloaded most artwork effortlessly, but failed to apply any in google play music. Using lollipop 5.0.1. What am I doing wrong?

Managed to find all but one of my album covers in the two databases including some obscure and discontinued cds. You have to help it sometimes by typing in specific details for the search. Images look like scans so quality is a bit variable.

Simple, fast and effective. First and only update hit +98% of my albums. Spent only a few minutes updating my obscure and various artist albums which was very intuitive and easy to do. Don't think about it, just install and use this app.

Simple app, missed some of my albums (I have a lot of obscure metal in my collection.) went back through and added the missing ones manually from the databases on offer and was able to edit some tags on a few tracks which helped too. Perfect app.

I dont why but after the update it stopped working. When I choose an artwork and pick it for the album, the artwork doesn't appear on google play music

Ohmygod i love this app so much! I am completely OCD when it comes to my music library so to have an app that changes the album artwork is HEAVEN. Although, food for thought - how about making it so that users can edit the album title, song title etc as well?

Okay so this app is great except for one thing, which is the reason I only rate 3 stars. It just randomly clears all album art that I manually change using the app. I don't have any of the options checked so idk what it is. But it gets really annoying because I have to go back through and change all of the album art again :/ please help

Updated all my missing artwork. No complaints. One suggestion is to add the functionality of changing text info to properly sort albums in situations where songs have multiple artists.

This lastest update is literally the first time I have had a problem with this app. It constantly force closes, doesn't even load the album art anymore. Please go back to the old version.

I loved how its so fast to grab an album cover but the artwork always goes missing. After a few days it would go blank and i would have to manually apply the album covers again. PLS FIX

I just downloaded this app today after searching for quite some time. It seemed to cure all of my albums that lacked album art. I read someone's review (below) who referred to their "OCD with their music". I totally get that. I appreciate this app so far. If anything changes I will rewrite. But 5 stars for now.
