Likes? Polls? These are quick things to increase engagement in our everyday tasks with our employees. Android Gifs don't autoplay when attached but iPhones do? Again. Company uses this app but if we could choose we'd rather use GroupMe.

Search functionality does not work like it used to. Doesn't seem to be able to search back as far as it used to. This was a very useful feature and impacts my ability to do my job when it's not working properly.

On the latest update the app crashes within the first second of opening. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem. It also stopped notifying me of messages for the last few days before it started to crash

Some features and UX still feel less solid than it should be. Good options for notifications, etc. and works quite well in general.

App repeatedly failed to pop up and notify of incoming calls correctly and failed to establish voice calls when answered.

It's stopping and crashing frequently

Fantastic app for messaging.

It is the perfect app! I wish only for one more thing: to be able to ignore some spaces. They can go to a special folder where I can just go read them later. I don't want to see notifications for a set of rooms I don't actively follow.

Have it on my Android and am addicted! I love being able to stay connect where ever I go. It's also drastically reduced my emails - hurrah!!!!

There is no way to join a meeting without sending video initially so have some tape handy to block the camera if using this app. Bluetooth support has improved in the updates.

Integrated into CUCM - great! Many other integrations - fantastic! Makes working from anywhere come with ease.

Great for team collaboration

Pretty good. I use it for work but don't need it on my off days. I'd love to find out if there is a mute function? It would be nice to shut it down while I'm not at work.

No proper notification , sometimes notification missing, its get sync only if we open the app.

Why is audio call not an option for calling or receiving a call? - its always video option only and switching to audio call after answering it as a video call, fails to pass through audio. Great app on ios but sucks on android!!!!

I use desktop and Android app. The app has an inconsistent but mostly failing microphone speech to text input. I can type fine, but when I push the mic icon, it turns on, but then immediately turns off using my Moto G5 plus. That makes the app very challenging to use while I'm on the go. *Edit - found the known issue that says turning proximity features off make the mic work. I'm much happier with it now.

I don't receive notifications when somebody sends me a message. Glad to provide any information you need to fix this problem. Thanks

It's annoying that you can only start a video call and can't start an audio call. Also switching from a video call to an audio call often causes headaches and is more of a pain than it needs to be. It's also INCREDIBLY annoying that the app will still ring, even if the call has been answered by someone else. Often if I even reject a call, my phone will still vibrate and I have to open the app and close it to stop it from vibrating. These are issues that shouldn't be happening with a Cisco product.

It would be nice to be able to customize your alerts based on the individual room or in the app itself. I would love to be able to distinguish what I am hearing has a notification from other apps. Even more frustrating is the fact that I cannot use voice recognition within the app to send a message. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and have no other issues in other apps. I recorded this whole review with voice recognition. Thank you for the response! disabling proximity worked! Extra star!

Calls pipe audio to my external speaker even when i switch to an audio call. This is unacceptable, people can be in public spaces or busy environments. Share audio and video ui is inconsistent. Microphone button has a line through it in both states, then color state indicates different things by button (ie color means audio off but for video means its on). Lastly closing the app did not prevent notifications/online state. I had to force stop the app.

It would be better if it had quite hours (do not disturb on a schedule), like slack.

Looks good, but riddled with minor to major bugs, or missing features. No cross platform emoticons support (even basic ones), no smart link preview, bots are dead slow, no developer community, and the list goes on. Some messages won't send, icons sometimes won't load, you get a new message scroll button for messages you send yourself (!). Too bad these kind of apps are usually required tools in some companies. It's merely a beta. You should not pay for this. It doesn't even get close to the direct competitor, Slack.

Spark has cut my email clutter in half. Quality of audio and video is almost always perfect as well.

Options for notifications to customize would be great can barely here the one that is default missing messages constantly have to check app.

Switched from LG to Moto and lost the ability to have a spark widget on my screen. Loved it because I can glance at the chats from my home screen without having to open the app. Pls add it to the Moto Z
