About Cisco TKLViewer
The Cisco Technical Knowledge Library (TKL) viewer app provides registered TKL users access to proprietary intellectual capital and best practices related to Cisco products and technologies from virtually anywhere. The TKL viewer app enables TKL users to store & view secure TKL content in both on-line and off-line mode.
FEATURES :
- Content workspace to view list of all stored secure content
- Ability to view previously downloaded & activated content, when not connected to internet
- Ability to delete stored content from content workspace.
- Personalization setting to set storage space limit for secure content. App will not store any additional content beyond this limit.
Note: TKL Mobile App needs to be installed along with TKL viewer app to be able to activate TKL content.

Well, it works. Adobe PDF Viewer is way better, but Cisco has their PDFs locked down now. Some of the things I'd like to see added is where it automatically remembers the page you're on without having to add bookmarks, feature where it keeps the display on while you're reading, cloud feature where the content you've downloaded is available on multiple devices and remembers where you were at.

The PDF viewer is junk. It doesnt remember what page I was on and doesnt have a page flip option. These are pretty standard things that nearly all PDF veiwers can do. It's nice that I can download books from Cisco but this viewer completely cripples the ability to use them in any efficient way. I will be uninstalling this app as it is useless to me for any kind of real research or studying.

The PDF reader moves my place and doesn't remember the spot I was at. It also sometimes changes the zoom on the document when I do not want it to. Otherwise it does work...just not as well as I would expect.

I got an error after sign in from this app on S4. I was able to get TKL Mobile installed and working.

The only option for navigating a document is scrolling. When opening or moving around in a 1000+ page document, you shouldn't spend 5 minutes each time scrolling to find the page you need.
