Get annoyed by constant notifications, which cannot be disabled in settings without logging in to an account. This should be configurable in the app itself!

EOL Notifications do NOT use standard Android notifications, but some custom popup that disrupts other apps. Don't reinvent the wheel; just use the standard notifications.

This is a great app with a lot of useful features including push notifications, the ability to track cases by contract, and the ability to track important cases.
This is a great tool for staying up to date on support cases and actions needed.
It will not let me create an account so I can use this app. My opinion this app is waste of time.

This tool is getting better everyday. Cisco is doing a fine job of enhancing the experience, and the latest update was really helpful. Thank you, and keep the good work

I used to use the app quite a bit, waiting for the support communities portion to return, if it ever will. Otherwise, the app works but for me, I solved a lot of issues in the CSC, hence the 2 star review. That was a killer feature for me. 5 stars if that feature returns.
Using this app Cisco is reachable at any point of failure.

Great app if you need to check or update your tac case quick when out of the office.
As a person who works with Cisco's SmartCare product everyday, this app is now part of my working life. Sometimes, I need to start a case for a customer who has a 4-hour SLA and simply can't get back to my desk or boot up my laptop to start a TAC case. This app allows me to start, finish and resolve a case without ever touching a physical keyboard. I haven't tried any of the features listed in the latest update, but I'm sure I will, given my past reliance on it. Note: I have used the IOS version of this app more extensively. Recently switched to an Android phone.
I use this all the time. Not that I have a lot of problems with Cisco, but it's a great app to stay updated.
Is it really required to read phone state?

Very useful app for TAC communications. Has enough to communicate on an issue. Wish Cisco would publish more podcasts and epub format documentation!
Last update fixed any issue with the authentication. It seems OK now, a decent app for what it does
I'm sure the app would be good if it worked. I can log in through any number of web browsers without issue, but try to log in through the app and forget it. Really unfortunate, I bet it would be handy. EDIT: The application is now working correctly!!! I'm logged in and finding what I need. Thanks so much for resolving this issue!!!
