Cisco eReader

Absolutely horrible Cisco. You need to make this so it's actually useable. Very slow and not very intuitive. I expect much better from Cisco.

Hard to imagine how it could be worse. Unusable. Shouldn't be able to call it "reader", you can't even go to next page. Laughable.

Large unused border at all sides. Text can be enlarged, but pictures are tiny and useless. On 8 inch tablet uses only 7 inch of actual display. Typical for Cisco. Instead of using existing solutions for ebooks, it has to make something new and almost unusable. z

I am afraid this is quite possibly the worst app I have downloaded. It keeps freezing for no reason (page won't turn) although you can still bring the menu up. It gets 1 star because of thecompany behind it. It should be tested more and have a few more features like being able to remove all bookmarks in one go.

Application is not working. I was able to download books for off-line reading, but can't open them. Application just hangs when I try to open the book.

I'm sure this is a great application, however, I cannot sign in to my account, Cisco, what I recommend is a more well thought algorithm and a better DBMS software package such as Maria DB, I use Maria DB and a highly secure algorithm on all my web applications and users have no sign in issues.

Downloaded on my Samsung Tab A for CIPTV2 course (they don't give you printed material anymore or *.pdf files). (Unrelated, I also tried the Windows version on my laptop with similar results.) While connected to the Internet you must initially log in and download the materials. Then you should be able go offline and read the book. Unfortunately, I do not believe this app for Android (nor the Windows version for the laptop) are fully "baked" as the app freezes and the pages will not turn (others have the same problem). The illustrations are too small to view and the size of the illustrations can't be increased. Originally gave this a 4 star rating until I used it for 1 hour and finally stopped trying to get it to work. I'm paying for a Cisco certification course so I will be demanding a *.pdf of the materials when I get back to class tomorrow. Terrible app. This has put me behind on my studies and I may not be prepared for the exam. Cisco, what were you thinking?

This app is completely useless, I can't even open any of my class content. I have a brand new ASUS ZenPad 10. All I get is an error that Cisco eReader has stopped. Come on Cisco, if you recommend this medium... make it work.

Using tab4 platform. Unable to authenticate to the network with UID/PW. Never gets pass the login screen. Trouble shot uid/pw. Can access ereader content from desktop just fine. Needed this capability for Cisco training this week.

This looks to be for Learning Network from Cisco. Will not work for NetAcad. Two different things. Such a waste. Also Cisco sites are terrible and a complete mess both in programing and UX.

The older version of this app worked, it was slow and clunky but it worked. However after update I'm unable to download any guides and there is no support for it.

Using netacad credentials, can't login. No place to "register". I can't even tell if it's compatible with nexus 6p running marshmellow.

Dearest Developer, it not workable in Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. I don't know what device you run at, but in Redmi Note 3 Pro SD not workable. Sorry for bad review, but please fix it and email me once it workable.

Guys, where is the registration button? I am not able to login using Cisco credentials. If this is created for specific users like Cisco Network Academy students only, you have to specify that in description. No information what so ever. Never expected this kind of worst app from Cisco.

This would've been a nice ereader if it worked properly. Unfortunately, shortly after the install I was surprised that I cannot read the content due to a bug related to the app. FYI, I performed the test from Android.

I can see the watermark with the document title, but nothing else. I can view the same doc ok in the PC app. Uninstalled this.
