Eastlink Stream

Absolute garbage... playback has stopped because external display is not allowed... what external display? the digitizer? I've run malware spyware and all other scans and there are I do not own a otg cable or a display dock so I would like to know where this imaginary display is so I can connect my phone to it.. I'd love to be able to play games the way east link seems to think I am cheating them out of the programming I can't access... dropped the ball here eastlink

I agree with everyone else, it garbage. Nothing but troubles. Spent 2 hours, even had customer support on the line with no luck.

It does not play through a single show with out there being a problem. I constantly have to leave the app and load back in and even then it still does not work at times.

Will only work on data usage error message on wifi ...cant find any settings for changing this...works perfect on data but who can afford to use up data to play tv shows. OH AND don't forget to stop it running in the background it will use up your data In less than a day . ..most apps have a setting to run only on wifi well I guess this one couldn't do that because it won't play on wifi.....very disappointing to say the least.

Freezes up can not get a full show to play. Trarable to watch to bad good concept horable execution

Could be ok but the lack of cast is ridiculous in this day and age. In fact I'm specifically blocks you from using any kind of external display. Fix that and this app is useful

Works great on my Android (Samsung Grand Prime) and Apple (iPad Mini) devices. I even use it with my mobile data when at the gym and the picture is clear on my phone. Casting option would be nice, but I'm not that desperate.

One day it works the next i have playback issues. Hasnt worked in a week now.

Interface sucks... It's so touchy you often have to do things 5 times or more before I finally get to the show I want. And searching crashes the app.

First time it worked now always get playback error.. So kinda crappy

It sucks for watching live sports it is probably 3 or 4 minutes behind which sucks when i am on my facebook group chatting and they know if a home run is hit before i do.

So let me get this straight. An IT company can't even develop a working app for its clients?

Absolutely horrible! Play back issues, lag, freezes, skips, takes forever to load up and change stations. RETOOL THIS APP!!

This app is a POS and a waste of time. Nothing even loads. Why advertise a feature that doesn't work?

No casting to chromecast icon). Bad layout, zero content vs tv box.

Cannot download app onto a Windows 7 format-never had any problems with downloading from any other services around the world-garbage!

Video playback error everytime. Complete garbage.

Couldn't even get logged in. Tried resetting password and it wouldn't take the one assigned either. Can not be bothered to fight with this app.

App is much improved over eastlink2go. So much better. Adding Google Chromecast support would make this app fantastic!

Interface isn't great on smaller screens and needs chromecast support to actually be useful when on the go.

It was and is pure garbage.

EarthLink really needs to add casting. Will not use without it.

It says that the app is installed. It is not installed.

Let it stream to external devices.

I'll give it 5 stars when googlecast is added.

Works fine for me. Would be better if could Chrome cast.

what a gong show... took forever to put all the ducks in a row, it wouldn't accept my pass word even after i reset it.. now i can't find a launch button , i don't know how to start..... 1star until this gets fixed..

This keeps telling me my device isn't authorized. Won't work properly

It sucks.
