CTSPlay nasce da una quarantennale esperienza televisiva.
Presente sul territorio siciliano sin dal 1976 e per tale motivo, il 5 luglio 2006, al termine della radio tv forum organizzato dall’associazione aeranti-corallo, le è stato consegnato un riconoscimento per i suoi trent’anni di attività televisiva.
CTS è senza dubbio una delle più antiche emittenti televisive locali siciliane ed è stata una vera e propria fucina di idee, concretizzatesi in fortunate trasmissioni per contenuti e coinvolgimento di spettatori; fucina di personaggi dello spettacolo saliti anche alla ribalta televisiva nazionale.
Il gruppo storico delle sue maestranze tecniche, allora giovani ventenni, è oggi sparso per la sicilia e l’italia (editori di televisioni locali, responsabili di alta frequenza per prestigiosi network, registi televisivi, apprezzati operatori rai, esperti di comunicazione e pubblicitari, manager
pubblici).
