Cirrus Insight Mobile

I like this app for the alerts on who's read emails, and it seems to function how it's intended. I wish there was a way to set a time period where it won't bother you with alerts - I'm not a huge fan of getting updates during nights and weekends. I'm definitely not using all the features of this app at this time, as most of my work is done on a computer, but it's helpful in situations when I'm away.

What an incredible time saver! As a salesperson, it's so important to stay connected and making sure my prospects are seeing my emails. The fact that I know who opened my emails, when, and on what device is so huge. for anyone that wants to hit their quota, this is the tool for you!

Pleasant UI, emails follow up, task list and neat functionality. Overall awesome app for any organisation. Loving it. Saves more time and work from anywhere :)

This app keeps the sales reps to keep updated on their account. Clean user interface. Even small organisations can get the best out of it.

Love this app

New Version is better but still glitchy, constantly states emails can not send due to no connectivity and if you have a screen filter on you must turn it off for the app to work. - The web version is absolutely amazing. The Android app is good try but not there yet. Cloud Magic is a better option but still lacks the ability to turn off conversations. Cirrus Insight has great customer service and is very customer focused so I am sure future versions will be much improved.

Inbox defaults to oldest, must refresh multiple times to see newest emails. Same when viewing a specific thread, need to back out and reload. Discarding a draft doesn't work at all, must go in to gmail to discard. App triggers view notifications, you'd think that could be avoided from within the app. Turning off notifications just doesn't work at all. Clicking on a specific view notification takes me to a giant list where I can't locate the thread about which I just received said notification. Etc....

Great app

I downloaded and set it all up and it says I have no emails. Tested and had someone send me an email. Still doesn't pick it up. Deleted despite getting invite to check out the latest version. Very disappointing.

Used to dread sending a reply from mobile, knowing I'd screw up my tracking data. Super stoked to have the power of CI in my pocket 24/7!

This is much intuitive and seemless experience. Things are much more easier. Time effective. Now I love my job more since things gets done with quick clicks... Travelling and working now became fun. Loved this app.

I love Cirrus Insight and now that they have a mobile integration I could not be happier with them. This product works 100% of the time and I am so pleased with the reliability of this product and the ease of use.

The app needs some simple upgrades that would bring the product along. In 2016 you must be able to include a signature that includes graphics and logos. The mobile app also needs to have similar functionality of being able to schedule a meeting. A nice feature would also be to log the same message to multiple contacts included in one message.

Utility on mobile is tracking opens/clicks. When alerts come, touch alert, doesn't go to alert/specific email -- broken, just opens list of seemingly random mail. How does one choose Gmail API over IMAP? Reply here appreciated.

There were several issues in my previous review. I ended up contacting support and the issues were resolved quickly. They also replied to all my emails promptly. I enjoy using this and am looking to roll this out to my entire organization.

I get notifications when emails are opened but when clicking on it I get a blank screen. I tried customer service for over a month but problem escalated beyond the knowledge of the team and I was forgotten eventually. The VP of customer service called me to promise a follow up...the last I heard of them. I still love other parts of cirrus insight but the email tracking is too broken for proper use.

Clicking on different emails pops up the same (wrong) email every time. Annoying.

Can't see or track emails even with latest update. who do I email for support?

Round 2 Installation: I don't understand this! Why can't I reply to emails after opening them? I'm seeing tracking information from people I didn't send an email to. Uninstalling again. Round 1 Installation: I'm an avid Cirrus for Chrome user, and expected something similar, but not even close. Definitely don't like leaving Gmail mobile to use Cirrus' inbox... why couldn't you have just added features onto mobile Gmail? Why did you guys release this anemic version? Didn't expect this from Cirrus at all.
