Drive On TEXpress

Doesn't properly release previous HOV requests. I got a ticket and judge let me off b/c I had screen shot where app errored out when I tried to cancel HOV reservation.

HOV feature is not good. You have register for it well ahead of time. Pointless....unless the point is to not let you take the hov discount. App navigation and layout is also poor. Not a good app

terrible asks for a million pieces of info. if any one is wrong - knocks you out and you have to start over would rather pay the money than use this piece of junk

Always crashes! Terrible app. Plus, you have to wait 15 minutes for hov to take effect. Just a cop out to stop you from getting discount.

Terrible. Make it impossible to register without a DNA sample. Worst app ever

I am not driving. This app has more pop ups than porn sites. The don't show again option doesn't work. I AM NOT DRIVING

Easy to use

I might give it more stars if it ever lets me login. I've tried numerous times to login to the application and it won't send me the activation code. Customer service tried adding my vehicle information and they couldn't do it either. They said they would have to get with IT and call me back after the weekend. I guess they have no real incentive to make sure the application works because they know I'm going to drive on their roads even if I can't get the discount they claim to offer.

Worst app ever, such a PITA. give your self plenty of time to set up.

PoC will not let me add a toll tag, say invalid tag.

This App Doesn't work. I was charged over $100 in fees because the HOV feature doesn't work. Called support and the wouldn't do anything. Horrible customer service. They won't be receiving my business ever again. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Causes constant GPS location Drains battery. Force close to stop drain or uninstall only fix. Please find better software encoders.

Keeps charging me and takes 15 minutes to activate. I've called but they haven't done anything.

Haven't been able to login even though user name and password are correct, keep getting errors. Set up on regular computer and doesn't specify phone number OR email, city is mandatory but my city is not listed and customer service stated via email that I could just use the closest city!? Customer service said to wait 24 hrs for the system to reset it? Skynet is that you? Nope, didn't work. So now I delete this horrible app.

I downloaded the application and registered my car thinking everything is fine,WRONG!!! They charged me for every penny even though I had activated it for work every week!!! I didn't even get the discount!!! I had to file a dispute MULTIPLE times, arguing with them about this bs. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY!!! DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!

I made several attempts to register. It errors out and makes you begin from scratch. Now I can't use the same email address.

Load all my info, go to use it and go consistent errors.

Please explain why the app requires so many permissions. Even if I did give it full permissions, it would just crash as soon as I try to log in, so what's the point?

The app won't let me log in unless I grant it a bunch of privileges it doesn't need for what I want to do. It used to not do this. Please fix this.

Why does this Fing app need access to my photos and contacts? The latest iteration is bent on killing it's users. Keeps popping up a screen to block my GPS app. No matter how many times I click it it won't go away!

The app is kinda like TXDOT. Never works and screws up my morning commute

I spend $50-100 per week on tolls. Thought I might catch a break with the dime a day option but NO WAY am I going to give access to all that is required. NO reason to have access to everything on my phone.

Ever since I allowed the updating this app will not open therefore I cannot start my discounts for December I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and it still broken

Not only do you like charging outlandish fees ($5+) to drive 3 miles on your 820 "Express", now you want access to my contacts, phone logs, the ability to record audio from me at any time, and access to multiple folders on my device. No thank you, how about making those things optional and then I'll install it. Since you require it, I'll pass.

Poorly implemented app. What a joke and a hassle.

Log In is does not work. Once you register the texpress and then try to log back in it does not work. Additionally, the registration; does. Useless!

Colorful and easy to use app.

I schedule our drive on the Tex Express and when it comes time to start the discount the schedule is greyed out on the app and my status will not change to active. I am still charged the higher rate even though I previously scheduled it and there is 2 of us in the vehicle. The app support is just as useless. I've called repeatedly and at different times of the day. The person that answers the phone always says no one is at the support desk and takes your name and number for them to call me back. Not!

In order to work this app require access to your contacts , call logs, video and audio files. It also wants to record audio at any time and without warning.
